12 Technical Advisory Services TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY We have been providing total low cost solutions in diverse areas of dismantling, debottlenecking, revamping, retrofitting, shifting, re-erecting, revamping. DUE DILIGENCE OF ASSETS SAGA has the required expertise to carry out due diligence studies and has good experience in the global markets. The modus operandi will be to visit the facilities with a team of multi-disciplinary experts drawn from the various areas, who are well experienced with the refinery operations. The experts will study the set-up, understand the present operations and inspect the physical state of the assets. The assessment will also involve study of the existing systems and procedures in the various fields of activities. Further, for assets evaluation, the team will study the present health and residual life of the equipments. TURNAROUND MAINTENANCE We have varied experiences and resources to manage TAM effectively. Depending on the requirements we can carry out the TAM exercise on a Total Plant, Area Wise or Unit Wise basis.
