2 Salomon, Azzi Coaching Salomon, Azzi Coaching offers professional and personal development services, in both an individual and corporate environment, within the legal and business areas, using the model of Coaching Integrado ICI Integrated Coaching Institute, which is certified by the ICF International Coach Federation. We believe in the rich teachings and results offered by this methodology, which is based on cognitive constructivism, and is now considered one of the most advanced techniques of human development, based on evidence and focused on results and high performance solutions. The Coach, Lawyer and International Consultant, FERNANDA ALEM, works along the frontlines of our Individual and Corporate Coaching activities. She graduated in Law from the Universidade Mackenzie, and has a graduate degree in International Corporate Governance from Harvard University. Fernanda also has a Masters in Banking and Financial Law (LL.M.) from the University of Boston, and she works as a Professional & Life Coach, trained by the ICI Integrated Coaching Institute, Brazil - USA. With over 18 years of professional experience as a lawyer in Brazil and abroad, working in international organizations and renowned law firms, she is licensed as an international legal consultant by the Bar Association of the District of Columbia (DC Bar). She was a researcher and consultant in Comparative Law at the Library of Congress, in Washington, DC, in the United States. She has also been a university lecturer in the field of international law, and a speaker in the areas of Law, Coaching and Leadership.
3 Our Services INDIVIDUAL PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE COACHING We know that, as a professional, you are constantly questioning on how to improve your performance, your quality of life, identify career options from other perspectives, go through a career transition with greater certainty and direction, among other dilemmas. Individual coaching sessions are up to 10 to 12 sessions, in person or remotely (via Skype), with the duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes for each meeting, and not exceeding three months of duration in the program. We use a combination of tools and techniques with a flexible approach, and adapted to the needs of each client. The first meeting is both introductory and free, and has as its main objectives: to explain better the process of coaching, to highlight the Coachee's (the client) responsibilities so that the designated results are achieved, to strengthen the contact between the parties (Coach / Coachee), and to share specific information about the investment required for the program. CORPORATE COACHING We know that, as a business executive of your company, you aim to reduce the level of tension between your staff, increase the level of motivation and performance of your team, and manage your talents.
