6 We ve simplified plan setup for brokers by pre building: A plan library: Plan settings: e.g. employee restricted age (e.g. 65) Required disclosures presented to employees during enrollment Category specific videos Broker needs to set-up: Eligibility rules (1 st of the month following 30 days) Rates Employer contributions ( e.g. 0% for accident) Critical Illness Only: Guarantee issue rules & increments amounts Employee Navigator will manage for 2nd quarter: Quality review before connecting file (using Transamerica s provided structure document) Validating plan accuracy, situs, and the associated plan codes Add in s required for file connection Agent ID assignment at the Brokerage level, then applied within the plan(s) Transamerica Group Number, Plan Code, Division Number and Class Type mapping

7 Marketplace details Available group size: 3+ Minimum participation requirements: Between 3-5 based on product Support for new groups offering eligible Marketplace plans AND existing cases File frequency: Transamerica receives weekly enrollment files on Tuesday s Initial enrollment for new groups New hire enrollments, changes & terminations Enrollment needs to close at least 7 days prior to new groups effective date for timely processing

10 Getting started: Good data in = good data out Validate your company in Employee Navigator Class structure, plan(s), employee and enrollment data Existing cases: Audit your last bill against an Employee Navigator billing report and make updates accordingly Ensure that basic employee and dependent data elements are complete e.g. SSN s for dependents, accurate DOB s Helpful reports in Employee Navigator to use are: Bad Export Data, Import Reports, and Incomplete Employees

11 How to integrate EXISTING cases 1. Request a Transamerica data exchange connection from the Company s homepage > Data Feeds > Carrier -This secures the your spot in the queue 1. Employee Navigator reviews the case(s) for eligibility 2. Once confirmed eligible, Transamerica provides the Account Structure 3. Employee Navigator will setup a call with the broker to walk through how to get the required case level elements into Employee Navigator 4. Transamerica will run a test file 5. You will be informed if there are any discrepancies and told once the company has been accepted onto the weekly production file *Employee Navigator will walk you through your first five case setups

12 How to integrate NEW cases 1. Request a proposal from Transamerica with monthly rates 2. Submit completed paperwork to Transamerica using TransTrack Case Submission website (enter as EMPLOYEE NAVIGATOR MARKETPLACE) before launching OE 3. Copy Transamerica plan(s) into the company and complete the required fields 4. Complete enrollment and close the OE window 5. Request a Transamerica data exchange connection from the company s home page 6. Insert Transamerica s Account Structure into Employee Navigator* 7. Transamerica will run a test file 8. You will be informed if there are any discrepancies and told once the company has been accepted onto the weekly production file *Employee Navigator will walk you through your first five case setups

13 Tips for brokers Inform your Sales Rep that you will be enrolling your group on Employee Navigator s data exchange Submit your Transamerica paperwork as soon as possible Streamline the process by adding your agent ID into your Broker portal before updating your plans Validate that the 'situs' is correct before clicking 'copy' to pull in your Marketplace plan(s) Build your TransConnect (Supplemental Medical/GAP) plan yourself, it's not yet available for Marketplace copy Follow the Broker Instructions!
