By spreading awareness, giving specialist advice, and providing on-the-ground guidance, they will ensure that the new programme becomes known and readily accessible to all potential applicants, irrespective of sector or discipline. NCP system in Poland Overall coordination of NCP is assigned to Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MSHE) Network of NCP-PL is co-financed by MSHE NCPs host organization - IPPT PAN The NCP Coordinator Director of NCP-PL The NCPs individually nominated by MSHE to perform one or more of the NCP functions (full time) NCP-PL actively participate in EU-funded NCP network projects 26

35 What an NCP can do? This project creates and implements a new and integrated training of Horizon 2020 advisors the NCP Academy. It brings together NCP Coordinators and NCPs for Legal and Financial aspects of Horizon 2020 to develop the NCP Academy concept and to develop and implement training courses on crosscutting issues. It addresses quality standards and good practice as well as routes to feedback and communication for this community. In doing so it aims to significantly enhance the performance of NCPs and does so by harnessing the knowledge base already existing within this community. 35
