2 Do you want to know delivery times of your shipments in land transport? Go to Scheduling Here you get overview of delivery times of your consignments from loading at shipper s premises to delivering to the consignee. Scheduling is a service, by means of which you may find out, how long time will take the transport of your consignment from loading till unloading. User Instructions 1. Open web page 2. In the left-hand menu select E-Services Scheduling 3. Click on link Start Scheduling 4. In the scroll down menus choose country of loading (From) and country of unloading (To) and fill in Postcode in the boxes. 5. Confirm the selected and filled in data by clicking on SEARCH button. 6. Your query result will come up: In the lower part of results you will find a table with loading and unloading dates. Offered supplementary services for this destination, e. g. DB SCHENKERtop, DB SCHENKERtop12 are shown in the upper part (in case they are operated on the route). 3 How to track your Land transport shipments? Go to Tracking Land Here you can monitor your shipments from placing an order till delivering to the consignee. Tracking is a service, by means of which you can monitor the transport of your particular shipment from booking till delivery. User Instructions 1. Open web page 2. Select Reference Type several options exist, how to find the consignment in the system, ideally by a reference number: a) You have got Schenker s Reference Number (STT No.) - Each consignment transported across the whole world within Schenker s network bears its unique number. You will get this number, when ordering the transport. Or: b) You know Shipper s/consignee s Reference Number As you are probably either a shipper or a consignee, you will very likely know this number. Or: c) You know Package Identification Number d) You know Waybill Number 5. Select your option and then just enter the consignment/reference/waybill number in the form and press SEARCH. 6. 4 How to track your Air/Oceanfreight shipments? Go to Tracking Air & Ocean Air Transport Ocean Transport User Instructions 1. Open web page 2. In the left-hand menu select E-Services Tracking Air & Ocean 3. Click on link Run Air & Ocean Tracking 4. You may search for a specific consignment Shipment Retrieval, or it is possible to search according to more general criteria for a group of consignments Multiple Reference. a) You have got Schenker s Reference Number (STT No.) - Each consignment transported across the whole world within Schenker s network bears its unique number. You will get this number, when ordering the transport. b) You know Shipper s Reference number c) You know Consignee s Reference number d) You know Consignment/ Waybill number e) You know House Airway Bill / Direct Airway Bill number f) You know Schenker s Bill of Lading number, issued by the forwarder and the ship-owner and handed over to the shipper g) You know Container number 5. Press TRACK button 6. In case of searching for a specific consignment, detailed information about the searched consignment is shown. In case of more general criteria a list of consignments compliant with the criteria is shown. By clicking on the consignment number in the list, the detailed information will come up. Note: In the list of events the most recent event appears on the first line (unlike in Tracking Land, where events are shown from the oldest till the most recent ones). Here you get overview of transport process of your consignments in air freight, sea freight and land transports. Tracking Air & Ocean is a service, by means of which you may monitor your air and ocean consignments and also land transport consignments, from booking till delivery. 6 Do you need to have complete overview of your shipments? Go to Advanced Tracking Here you get overview of all your consignments in land transport. Advanced Tracking is a service, by means of which you may monitor the status of your consignments in a comprehensive chart, and, filter them by date or country, from/to which they have been sent etc. Advanced tracking also enables to display an electronic Proof of Delivery (epod) of delivered consignments. User Instructions 1. Open web page 2. In the left-hand menu select E-Services 3. Choose Advanced Tracking 4. Click on link Log in 5. Log in using the assigned Web Login ID and Password 6. On the page with criteria selection choose either a date range of consignments or other selection criteria according to your requirements, or search e. g. by shipper s/consignee s reference number, package identification number and alike. 7. Press SEARCH button 8. A list of consignments including their statuses will come up. Further on, click in the 1st column on consignment required. When you want to display the epod: 9. In the detailed description of such a consignment, which status is epod, you will find on bottom right the link EPOD. Click on this button (see Fig. 5). 10. A new window will open containing details about the consignment and consignee s signature in PDF format (Fig. 6). The list of found consignments may be downloaded to your PC in CSV format by clicking on DOWNLOAD button. After a short while you will be able to open the DOWNLOAD ARCHIVE (Fig. 7), where you will find the link to the archive/file. The archive name includes selected date range and eventual country definitions. (CSV format may be opened e. g. in MS Excel.) 12. Column selection and sequence order in the consignment summary exported in CSV format is at your choice. By pressing OPTIONS button you may display available column names (Fig. 8). By shifting with -> and <- buttons, you will move them to the list of selected columns. Please do not forget then to press SAVE SELECTION button! Advanced Tracking - KPI is a service, by means of which you may monitor statistics of delivery performance of your consignments, including eventual delay times and their reasons. At the same time, you may get more detailed information about consignments, including views of electronic Proof of Delivery (epod). This application represents a suitable supplement to Advanced Tracking service. User Instructions 1. Open web page 2. In the left-hand menu select E-Services Advanced Tracking KPI 3. Click on link Log in 4. Log in using the assigned Web Login ID and Password 5. On the page with criteria selection choose the consignment date range or other selection criteria according to your requirements. 6. Select report type: KPI per Traffic Relation or KPI Summary Report. 7. Press SEARCH button 8. After a short while you will be able to open the DOWNLOAD REQUEST ARCHIVE, where you will find the link to archive/ file. 11 Invoice Reporting User Instructions 1. Open web page (Fig. 1) 2. In the left-hand menu select E-Services 3. Choose Invoice Reporting and click on link Log-in 4. Log-in with given Web Login ID and Password (Fig. 2) 5. On page with criteria selection enter either Date Range in format e.g , or enter Invoice Number. 6. Press button DISPLAY INVOICES (Fig. 3, 4) 7. List of invoices including amount and currency is shown (Fig. 5). If you want to display invoiced shipments: 8. Press button DISPLAY SHIPMENTS. 9. List of invoiced shipments is shown. In case the result is greater than 30 shipments, then use NEXT button to show next page. (Fig. 6) Tip: When this icon is shown in bottom right corner, please wait, the result is being prepared. If you want to display shipment details: 10. In the first column click on Schenker Reference of the particular shipment. (Fig. 6) 11. Shipment Details are then shown. You can also display epod electronic proof of delivery (when available). (Fig. 7) When you are finished with the application then log out using the LOGOUT button. Note: To get Login ID and Password please contact our sales agents. Here you get on-line overview of invoices for transport of shipments, including shipment details. Invoice Reporting shows invoice and shipment details for selected invoice date period or by invoice number. Where applicable, the electronic proof of delivery (epod) is available as well. 13 Emission Report User Instructions 1. Open web page (Fig. 1) 2. In the left-hand menu select E-Services 3. Choose Emission Report and click on link Log-in 4. Log-in with given Web Login ID and Password (Fig. 2) 5. On page with criteria selection choose either Location of Departure or Location of Arrival, or both. (Fig. 3) 6. Select Period range within same year. 7. Press CALCULATE 8. A total number of shipments, their weight, transport production and fuel consumption are displayed. In the Emissions part (kg) there are shown amounts of specific emissions. (Fig. 4) In case you want to show most affected relations: 9. Press button TOP 10 RELATIONS. 10. A list of ten relations in the same way as in total view is shown. (Fig. 5) In case you want to show monthly figures: 11. Press button MONTHS. 12. For each month one row is shown with same structure as in total overview. (Fig. 6) When you are finished with the application then log out using the LOGOUT button. 15 Emission Report Emission Report - Help Emission report presents emission status for the business transported by European Schenker Land transport. Presentations are made per total for selected period, month or largest traffic. Transport Means Each shipment is calculated based on defined assumptions regarding transport solution for the various transport legs by road, rail, ferry, tunnel or intermodal. Standard calculation is based on values from the collection, linehaul and distribution legs. Emission Source Presented in the application is normally at least two different outcomes for a transport, one for the linehaul between terminals and one or more outcome for the collection/distribution. When exact values are not provided average assumptions are made. The calculation method is based on the Network for Transport and Environment 1 (NTM) method. Distances Distances are calculated by Route LogiX Professional between the shipper and consignee postcodes. Domestic collection and distribution distance calculation is the average of the various postcode intervals connected to a Schenker terminal in addition to the linehaul. For cross-border traffic the distance is taken from the shipper postcode to the export gateway respective from import gateway to consignee postcode in addition to the linehaul. Emission values are applied according to the individual setup per location, country and transport leg. Transport Type and Fuel consumption Emission values are defined and displayed per transport and fleet type (fleet type refers to the mix of vehicles used and if relevant also the mix of vehicles including rail and/or ferry), including euro class for trucks. Loaded weight is based on representative average values per fleet type. Fuel consumption is related to the average loading degree of corresponding unit types. In the left-hand menu select E-Services Air Volume Weight Calculator 3. On the opened page you will find basic information about the principle of Volume weight calculation. 4. By clicking on link Run Calculator, the page with calculator will open. Here you make calculation of correct volume weight of your air consignment. Air Volume Weight Calculator is a service, by means of which you may, on the basis of your air consignment size, calculate its volume weight. Air freight rates are based on this volume weight.
