4 1. Introduction ibest System (IRPC Better Export Service Tracking) is a web application that users can track their order status immediately. The users who are the IRPC Customer or Broker will receive username & password from IRPC administrator in order to login and track their orders via invoice menu while the other users can access only news, activities, courier and the other except invoice menu. 1.1 Purpose IRPC Users& Customers can track their items and order status depending on their roles and view other information about IRPC. 1.2 Document Scope ibest System consist of 11 sections: Home Main page of ibest system. Invoice user must have the username and password to login to ibest system for check their invoice status, shipping detail or their item orders. o List of Invoice o Shipping Detail o Product Detail o Container Detail News show the latest news from IRPC o Latest News Update o News Detail Activities show the latest activity from IRPC o Latest Activities Update o Activity Detail Products List of petrochemical products from IRPC. Banks Information List of bank in Thailand which IRPC have the connection with. Shipping Lines List of shipping line which IRPC have the connection with. 2.2 Invoice Users who can access this menu must have login to verify they are the real IRPC Customer. 2.2.1 Login Picture 2 : Login Users will receive username and password from ibest administrator.

In case that the password is forgotten, please click Forget Password link, and ibest System will send the current password to the registered in ibest system Invoice List There are six columns in the invoice list page i.e. Invoice No., IRPC PO No., LC No., Customer Name and Broker Name. In addition, three icons which show detail of the invoice i.e. Shipping Detail, Product Detail and Container Detail are on the right hand side. 10 2.2.3 Shipping Detail - Invoice Status Blue - New Shipment (Bank receive users order) Red Update Shipment status (Bank update order detail e.g. On Board Date. Green Complete Shipment (Bank finish order process and send customer document to ibest System) Shipping Detail displays more information on users order e.g. Total Quality, Total Containers, Booking No., On board Date, Shipping Line, Destination Port and etc. If invoice status is completed, users can download PDF document by clicking the PDF icon at Export Documents field.
