5 Who makes RCRS what it is? RCRS is a coordinated effort between: Bureau of Highway Safety and Traffic Engineering (BHSTE) Bureau of Maintenance and Operations (BOMO) Press Office Bureau of Planning and Research (BPR) Bureau of Construction and Materials (BOCM)
6 RCRS Today RCRS has become PennDOT s standard incident reporting tool Foundation for other TSOP efforts Used during PEMA SEOC activations (3 activations since Feb. 14 th ) Limited 24/7 use for reporting major incidents and closures (ICP Process)
