4 WHITE PRODUCTION AREA MODULES AND SYSTEM COMPONENTS TECHNICAL PROCESSES In our pure white production area, we process: Stainless steel sheets in formats up to 2000 x 4000 and 0.5 to 20 mm material thickness Being a modern service provider for just-in-time delivery of completely assembled modules and system components makes us proud. LASER Laser cutting: large formats featuring up to 1500 x 3000 mm and 20 mm material thickness GRINDING Grinding pattern production: by hand or using a dual-belt grinding machine up to 400 grain Surface quality: film-coated, ground up to 400 grain, wet-ground up to 320 grain Aluminium sheets in formats up to 2000 x 4000 and 1.0 to 12 mm material thickness Surface quality: smooth, anodised, film-coated, ground We are used to fullfil all requirements according to your specifications or given by your industry, e.g. EU Machine Directive 2006/42/EG, DIN EN ISO 12100, DIN EN ISO 17637, DIN EN ISO 3834 as well as HACCP, HAZOP or FDA, CGMP and other standards. In addition to design, planning and production we can extend our service by procurement and stocking of spare and wear parts or training for your technicians and assembly staff. FAT Upon request we complete extensive testing together with you at our premises, e.g the riboflavine test, agitator test, pressure hold test, etc. TRANSPORT Upon customer s request we can organise the transport of your vessel. In order to avoid any damages during transport, our employees ensure suitable packaging for your process vessels, suitable even for sea freight. COMMISSIONING Edelstahl NORD employees will help you with commissioning and training for your employees upon request. AFTER SALES We are at your service following delivery of your process vessels, fermenters or bioreactors and ensure supply of spare parts. Further we can also offer to you maintenance service for your pressure vessel at regular intervals. Pollen or odours can enter the room air from the outside air.
