5 Research Development Design Often, the clever development of a series product can immensely increase the efficiency of a facility and this with relatively low development costs. However, for some requirements, there are no adequate standard components available. It is precisely at this point that our engineers come into play they search for suitable components based on the system analysis, potentially adapt them in relation to software, electronics or mechanics or develop completely new components. At the onset of a project, we analyze your facility in detail and then based on your objectives decide whether or not we will adapt a series product or develop a component for your application from the ground up. These are then mass-produced at our own production facility and then sent to our customers individually or within a pre-finished system. Of course, our technicians are also available for your direct development orders. 9 Pre-Finished Systems Pre-finished systems have to be able to be integrated into an entire facility without issue and without causing long downtimes. We do just that. Based on the collectively developed requirement profiles, pre-finished systems are produced from standard components, adapted standard components, and products developed individually by us. In the process, we offer the decisive advantage that we integrate our solutions deep into the machine environment and thus reduce the number of necessary interfaces immensely. Our systems are pre-checked and therefore feature fully functional modules of your machines from the onset.
