16 Traffic Information Services relevant for Priority Action C TMCplus On Move Smartphone App UNTERWEGS Extract from working document: Member States shall ensure that the 'service' is consistent across delivery channels and between comparable operating environments EU-wide. The 'service' shall be made available free of charge at the point of use to end users. Road authorities shall ensure that road users are made aware of where and when to expect the provision of the 'service'. 16
