2 Company Profile and Overview TSL Myanmar has been providing shipping related services for over 3 years since year TSL Myanmar is a registered company in Myanmar acting like a representative office of TSL Thailand, we are under a joint venture agreement between Naxco Group and Thoresen Thai Agencies. TSL Myanmar covers freight forwarding services and all types of transportation service in Myanmar including: air freight, sea freight, domestic transportation and multi-model transportation.

5 Facts on Myanmar
6 Outlook for Political Stability In the process of political liberalisation that began in Myanmar in 2011 will continue. With the opposition National League for Democracy (NLD) poised to perform strongly, the military-backed Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) may look for ways to prevent the NLD from forming an administration in order to ensure its own survival. Progress on political liberalisation is likely to be slow. Even if the opposition wins the 2015 general election as The Economist Intelligence Unit expects it if the polls are free and fair the military will remain politically powerful. Myanmar s ethnic and sectarian divisions pose a grave threat to political stability and will slow the pace of political and economic reform.
7 Outlook for Economic Growth We expect real GDP growth to accelerate to 7.3% a year on average in 2015/ /20, from an estimated 6.4% in 2014/15. Encouragingly, the economy continues to perform well despite waning confidence in prospects for political reform. Institutional weakness, corruption and inadequate infrastructure owing to chronic underinvestment by previous administrations will continue to impede faster economic growth. Political risk to the economy remains high: if the 2015 election does not produce a clear winner, investors may stay on the sidelines until a stable political environment emerges. 8 Outlook for Inflation Consumer price inflation surged to a 16-month high of 7.1% year on year in December 2014, according to the latest data from the Central Statistical Organisation. Consumer price inflation is now projected to average 5% in 2015
9 Outlook for Exchange Rate The sharp depreciation of the kyat against the US dollar in the first week of April with the exchange rate plunging to an all time low of Kyat1,060:US$1 on April 8 th. Further widening of Myanmar's current-account deficit will put downward pressure on the local currency this year, although this will be mitigated to some extent by lower global oil prices. In addition, strengthening domestic demand in Thailand and India (which will boost Burmese exports) and rising investment inflows will also provide a cushion. The kyat will weaken gradually.
