On area 4 of the AIRPORTPARK LEIPZIG-HALLE the construction of a modular industrial unit complex is planned, individual spaces of which will be rented out to manufacturing enterprises, logistics companies and tradesmen. Interested parties can choose floor spaces between 1,500 und 2,500 square metres. We build custom-fit industrial units for any use and in any size from the small manufacturing plant and the production hall to the logistics centre. Each industrial unit is unique and can, if required, also be extended or reduced after a certain operating period. Form, function and sustainability are optimally coordinated. It begins with an attractive facade, the sector-specific technical interior design, including power supply, and is completed by the design of the outdoor facilities, for example, through green spaces.
