6 Area: Production POSITION CODE: PR50 POSITION: PACKER Perform the duties of a product packer checking that they fulfill the quality standards & also perform duties such as checking the batch numbers of the packing & labeling, filling & sealing of boxes etc. Stack boxes & place them according to the required orders. POSITION CODE: PR51 POSITION: TEST OPERATOR LEVEL: 1 Check & verify the adequate function of the integrated circuits & electrical components. Feed the product into the machine &/or the cards. Check the machine function test.take control of the approval or rejection of the product. POSITION CODE: PR56 POSITION: OVEN OPERATOR Receive & place the products in to the oven in accordance the program & the product s specifications. Check that the oven has been turned on. Once the baking process is complete, this person removes the products & repeat the process. Fill in the reports.

7 POSITION CODE: PR57 POSITION: INJECTION MACHINE OPERATOR Operate the injection machine. Check the adequate storage of the raw material in the equipment & the correct function of the same. Check while the line is running that it meets the cleanliness requirements to avoid contamination of the product. POSITION CODE: PR58 POSITION: LABELLER Operate labeling machine. Correct for the correct function & make minor adjustments when required. Check that the standard of the label & the required information are complete. Report faults, anomalies & maladjustments during the shift. Feed in the required materials. Maintain the general cleanliness of the machine. Check the adequate function of the machine & manage the con trolls during the process. Check that the product meets with the established specifications. Fill in reports. Check the lubrication level of the machine& report it to MAINTENANCE. Elaborate, make & repair machine pieces, support in the routine & corrective MAINTENANCE of the machine. You must have knowledge of lathes, perforators & soldering equipment, knowledge of measuring, elaboration & an understanding of blue prints & drawings. POSITION CODE: PR66 POSITION: INSPECTOR/RETOUCHER/ REPAIRER Inspect the cards on the production line & if necessary retouch or repair them. POSITION CODE: PR67 POSITION: GROUP LEADER Check the execution of the procedures & the equipment that are your responsibility. Ensure that you generate & upload all the required information in your shift & on the equipment assigned to you. Give continuity to all the priorities established by your supervisor. Replace the staff who are absent from their work station every time this is required. Use the safety gear & equipment as supplied by the company. Perform welding duties that do not require a high degree of specialty. POSITION CODE: PR73 POSITION: SMT OPERATOR LEVE: 3 Check the optimal function of the SMT machine that it performs the automatic assembly of the components in accordance with the established program. Feed cards into the container to initiate the SMT process. Perform initial tests. Fill in control graphs. Carry out minor maintenance adjustments. 10 POSITION CODE: PR79 POSITION: ASSEMBLY A OPERATOR Perform the arming and placing the pieces that form the final product or one of its components utilizing electric and pneumatic tools.
