Terminal Handling Fee(THC) : covers for container loading or offloading costs which are billed to the shipping agent by the port authorities in Mozambique and are not part of freight rates. Delivery Order Fee: covers all shipping agency costs associated with the imported container including cargo manifest. Port Additional: port due charges collected from the customer on behalf of the port authorities. Same covers channel traffic, vessel waiting time or other challenges faced by carrier at port/terminal being called. Container Conditioning Fee: covers all expenses for equipment conditioning (inspection, cleaning and empty selling as well) post cargo delivery which is not included on the freight. Import Container Deposit: applicable to all imported units that are unpacked outside port terminal. This is to ensure empty container is returned within agreed time frame and in sound conditions. Container deposit amount will be fully refunded to customer upon container return to terminal or appointed depot and all checks done to confirm container conditions as well as any outstanding invoice cleared.

Lift On Fee: charge applicable for imports to Nacala to cover costs billed to the shipping agent by the local port authorities. BL Issuing Fee: applies to all import shipments in which Bill of Lading is requested to be issued in Mozambique. Manual Delivery Order: to cover all manual delivery orders, telex release, SWB releases or lack of 1 BL penalty fee. Freight Collection Fee: associated with the collection of import freight to cover for bank transaction costs. Second Seal fee: applicable whenever a second seal is requested by the customer to replace an import seal broken by customs or any other authority including customer, its appointed agent. Drop Off Fee - Merchant Haulage: applicable for all merchant haulage transit cargo which empty is intended to be dropped out of Mozambique. ReturnedCheck applicable for all check that the agency receives and is returned by the bank due to lack of funds. Waiver request fee: applied to any waiver requests

Change of Destination: cost applicable to change destination. Same still subject to operational capacity and feasibility as well as any additional costs resulting from extra restows. Lift On Fee: applicable to all units picked up for exports in TEEN, which is billed to the Line by the Terminal. Telex Release Fee: applicable whenever customer requires to release Export OBL in any other countries than Mozambique. Second Seal fee: applicable whenever a second seal is requested by the customer or appointed agent to replace a broken or lost seal.

Manifest correction fee: applicable whenever amendment to manifest is required or information was submitted late. Invoice amendment or cancellation: charge associated with the request for cancellation or correction of any import or export invoice after its creation as initially instructed by customer. Late Doc Fee: applicable whenever documents for exports or SI are handed-over to the shipping agent after deadline period. Overweight Containers: applicable to all units above standard allowed weight at quoting/booking time. Booking Cancellation Fee: applicable to all bookings cancelled by the customer or rolled more than once. Late BL Pick-up Fee: is a penalty applicable on all shipments in which export invoices are not settled within 15 days after Shipping on Board date( SOB date + 15 days). Vessel Renomination Fee: charge collected by the shipping agent on behalf of the port authorities in Beira whenever a vessel is changed after loadlist creation. VGM Amendment after cut off: charge related to the late submission of the VGM after the vessel cut off Certificate issuance fee: for all certificates allowed by the line ex: freight, vessel flag, free time, etc. OBL merge after approval: BL to be merged after initial draft approval

8 DEMURRAGE AND DETENTION CHARGES On imports: it is a specific fixed and agreed grace period granted by the shipping line, which counts from date container is discharged till the day empty container is returned to terminal or appointed depot. On export: it is a specific fixed and agreed grace period granted by the shipping line, which counts from the day empty container is released/gate-out to the customer for packing, until it is returned full to the terminal. Free Time Application 20'DRY 40'/40HDRY 20'OT/FR 40'OT/FR 20'REEF 40'REEF Local Cargo - Import Local Cargo - Imports via Beira/Nacala to Tete and Quelimane Transit Cargo - Import Local Cargo - Export Transit Cargo - Export On imports: it is a fee charged per day, counting from the day free time period expires until empty container is returned to terminal or appointed depot. On export: it is a fee charged per day from the day free time period expires until full unit is returned to the terminal. Detention Charges Import Demurrage Charges* Per container USD Export Detention Charges* Per container USD All charges marked with * are subject to VAT 17% Special equipment are REEF, FLAT RACK, OPEN TOP Charges applicable per day Import Detention Charges: charge collected to cover for costs associated with the idle time of container. Same is applicable per day just after free period expiring date till empty return to terminal or appointed depot. Export Detention Charges: charge collected to cover for costs associated with the idle time of container. Same is applicable per day and after free period expiring date until full return at terminal.
