11 Return and Exchange Policy The following returns policy will ensure your credits / exchanges are processed promptly and accurately. If you wish to return or exchange items please notify our Customer Service Returns Officer. Please Note No refunds are available. Store credits valid for six months will be issued. Items for exchange or credit must be returned within 21 days of invoice. All returns will only be accepted if the garments are returned in new and resaleable condition. A copy of the original invoice is to be included with the return and an authorisation number clearly displayed on the parcel. Please be aware that your parcel may be returned to sender if authorisation number is not visible. Authorisation numbers can be obtained by calling our Head Office and asking to speak to a Customer Service Returns Officer. A handling fee of $11.00 incl GST on all exchanges will apply if ordered incorrectly. Items returned for quality control assessment must be thoroughly cleaned and subject to above procedures. Faulty garments will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. Special Request For garments outside the listed range, a minimum of 20+ units per style/colour and fabric is required and a surcharge may apply.
