6 Product Range All safety products are manufactured to the latest European Standards, each with an individual CE mark. Eurox have partnered with leading suppliers to cover all market segments. With strong ethical and business values our supply partners provide vital support enabling our customers to trust in Eurox. Helmets Eurox are a leading manufacturer of a stylish range of safety helmets. All products are approved to EN397 and have a choice of up to 7 different colours. In addition to this a full range of accessories and branding options are available. Eye and Face Protection Eurox manufacture a comprehensive range of eye and face protectors all meeting EN166. Range includes goggles, safety spectacles, over spectacles and face shields. A prescription service for corrective lenses is also available. Hand Protection Eurox manufactures a comprehensive range of hand protection from simple category 1 handling gloves through to complex category 3 heat and high cut protection gauntlets. All products supplied fully conform with the very latest European norms and mechanical tests. Footwear Eurox offers an extensive footwear range covering all leading brands. In addition to this, Eurox offer excellent on-line tracking and proof of delivery services. Person Packs: Eurox provide the facility for both individual packing plus full roll out capabilities, detailing packs by name and content. 24/7 Emergency Supplies: Eurox offer a full 24/7 out of hours emergency service for customers requiring this facility. This will be supplied via our own emergency courier team. E-Procurement: Should our customers require, our website is available for on-line purchasing. Secure bespoke platforms would be provided from contract commencement allowing order referencing, with either job function or product specific detail. On-line procurement can also reduce your ad hoc expenditure, in addition to managing safety and brand continuity more effectively. Wearer Matrix: Eurox can provide a wealth of meaningful management information to suit our customers needs and expectations. In addition Eurox can create a bespoke wearer matrix which will provide additional information and give greater control of usage and product replenishment. It will also provide company issue listings, life cycle and advance notification of special measures. Consignment Stock & Inventory elimination: Our multi faceted MRP systems allow Eurox to fully leverage consignment stocks within our customers business operations. By controlling high volume, low value items in this way, it gives Eurox s customers greater control of usage costs and significantly reduces transactional overhead at the same time as reducing our customers inventory to a minimum. Garment Alterations: Through Eurox s in house manufacturing and finishing operations based in the Midlands, Eurox can offer a full garment alteration and repair service. This can also extend to the provision of special measures demanded by many of our discerning clients. Laundry Services: Eurox has developed in partnership with several well know high profile laundry companies and fully integrated wet wash or dry cleaning facility. This facility has been well proven in many industry segments and involves garments to be collected, laundered and returned, under a well documented traceable quality system. Sample Sizing Sets: Eurox can provide full on site sampling sets for our customers employees to self measure against. In addition to this, through our online IT system, our customers can download a series of documents which are self explanatory and easy to compile, allowing special measures and unusual sizing to be exported directly to Eurox s manufacturing division in real time. This drastically reduces the lead times required for manufacture. Merchants & Wholesalers: Eurox provide a series of pre packed PPE products and personalised branded products to support merchants and wholesalers.
