1 OllieNet Tutorial Step-by-step assistant for entering your Party Orders pril 2017

2 Entering a Party Order Congratulations! You ve held your first Party! Now...let s enter the orders. We refer to our order entry and reporting system as OllieNet. The following steps will assist you with entering your Party Orders. Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) Navigate to and log into the site (upper right corner). Log-in to OllieNet & Party Orders Login to the Vantel Pearls website using your Consultant Number and Password and click on Enter OllieNet. ccess the Parties Section Click on Parties located on the top of your screen and select Enter Party Orders and Create ooking pril 2017 Vantel Pearls 1 asic Party Order

3 Step 1: Hostess & Party Detail Identify your Hostess Search for Hostess by entering the name or Party date in the search box. OR Click on Create a New Host for a new Hostess. Hostess Information Complete or edit Hostess and Party Information fi elds. QUICK & ESY FETURES! Once you type in 3 letters or numbers, available matches will pop-up for you to click on to select. IMPORTNT! You must use the correct 9-Digit Zip Code. Click on the Zip Lookup for assistance. Enter numbers only. No hyphens or spaces. street address is required. We cannot ship to a P.O. ox. Hostess address is required. If you do not have a Hostess address you may enter yours. Notes: Use the Ref Party # section to give credit for this Party to the Hostess she booked from. Use the Comment section for notes to the Home Offi ce regarding this Party. Click Next if a new Hostess was created. Click View Party Summary if Hostess has already been entered. pril 2017 Vantel Pearls 2 asic Party Order

4 Step 2: Find/dd Customers Identify your Party Customers Search for a repeat Customer by entering the name in the search box. OR Click on Create New Customer to establish a new Customer. QUICK & ESY FETURES! The new Party Summary ox will automatically tally your Party as each Customer Order is entered. Party Sales = Jewelry Only Customer Information C Register Customer as a Future Hostess Complete or edit Customer Information fi elds. You only need to enter the 9-digit zip code for Customers who booked a future Party. Click Next when done. Check this box for Customers who booked a future Party for this Hostess. Complete the fi elds in the Party Information section that will appear on your screen. pril 2017 Vantel Pearls 3 asic Party Order

5 Step 3: Customer Order dd Products Enter the product # in the search box. Item options will include O for Oyster Opening and W for white Pearl. outique Items must have the dash included with the item number. The Quantity default is set at 1. If more than 1, adjust the quantity. Click on dd to enter the item. QUICK & ESY FETURES! Once you type in 3 digits of the item number, available matches will pop-up for you to select. Tax and Shipping will populate automatically based on the Hostess 9-digit zip code. dd Specials/ Promotions Click on Specials/ Promotions for a pop-up of items to select from. View Cart View your order for accuracy. If you have entered a wrong item, click on the X under Delete and hit Update to adjust the order. C Continue Options If needed, you can edit the Quantity and click on Update Cart. If your Customer has ordered more than one item, repeat steps -. If applicable, process ooking and/or Gift Certifi cates. (See page 5) Click Next for payment. Enter any gift certifi cates or booking certifi cate credits. For more detail, see ooking and Gift Certifi cate Credits on the next page. IMPORTNT! If there is a discrepancy between your Order entry, Invoice and Pearl Envelope, Vantel Pearls will fulfi ll your order as entered into OllieNet. pril 2017 Vantel Pearls 4 asic Party Order

6 ooking and Gift Certificate Credits Credits Use the Credits link to apply any booking and gift certifi cate credits to the customer order. Click on Credits. Manage Credits screen will appear Insert the Gift Certifi cate number or CERT and click on Update. Place a comma without spaces for multiple credits. Note: To credit a $25 ooking Certifi cate, use CERT. To credit Gift Certifi cates, simply input the number located on the Gift Certifi cate. QUICK & ESY FETURES! The credit will automatically be applied to the Customer order. C Continue to Payment Click Next to make pril 2017 Vantel Pearls 5 asic Party Order

7 Customer Order Payment Customer Payment Click on Payment or dd nother Customer. Note: Payments can be made with the individual order entry or after all customer orders have been entered. Make Payment Click on illing Option. Select either Customer, Hostess or Consultant. (Person who is being charged.) Enter the accurate card information and click on Process. Notes: fter a Customer Payment has been successfully processed, you will receive confi rmation. Simply click on Close to continue. The summary screen will show the payment as being made. If the payment has been denied, a message will pop-up for you to check the card number and try again. If the payment has been denied again, continue by dding nother Customer. Or, click on Save & Continue until you can reach your Customer for a valid credit/debit card. To process an order using two or more credit/debit cards, simply change the Pay mount accordingly for each card payment and repeat steps &. pril 2017 Vantel Pearls 6 asic Party Order

8 Step 4: Hostess Order IMPORTNT! You must complete all Customer orders and payments prior to entering your Hostess order. dd Products Hostess benefits earned will appear on the screen. dd 10% - 20% Hostess Merchandise Credit items as you did for Customer Orders. Select Specials, Hostess Gifts and Hostess Half-Price Items Scroll down for full list of items and click dd next to the desired item. pril 2017 Vantel Pearls 7 asic Party Order

9 Hostess Order & Payment View Hostess Order View order for accuracy. QUICK & ESY FETURES! Tax and shipping will appear on the screen for you. e sure you have entered the proper Hostess 9-digit Zip code in Step 1 for accurate tax and shipping amounts. Make Payment Make payment just as you did for a Customer order. C Continue to the Cash Up Report Click on Print the Cash up Report. pril 2017 Vantel Pearls 8 asic Party Order

10 Cash-Up Report Oyster Count Review your Oyster Count information. Click on I agree... or I Disagree... Notes: Your Oyster Count will not include Oysters/ Pearls used at a Party not yet entered into OllieNet. Your Oyster count will also refl ect any 40% Consultant discount or Customer orders that have been entered prior to entering the Party. Submit Party & Print Cash Up Print two copies of the Cash Up; one to submit to the Home Offi ce with your party orders and one for your records. 11 dditional Information ll orders MUST be paid in full with a credit or debit card when submitting to Vantel Pearls. If a Credit or Debit Card is not accepted, verify you have entered the card information correctly. If you have, contact your Customer or Hostess for a new method of payment. You cannot submit the order without full payment. Each submitted Party should include the following: Completed Hostess and Customer Invoices. Pearls placed inside completed Pearl Envelopes; close envelopes, but do not seal the flap. Computer Cash Up Report ; summary of Party entered into OllieNet. ooking Certificates; only needed when giving prior Hostess $25 or more in booking credits. Gift Certificates, if used for a purchase. Common Q & Q I had to stop entering orders, what do I do to get back to my orders and finish entering all the orders? The orders you entered and charged previously, are still in the system. Follow the Tutorial Step One to regain access to this Party. Click on View Party Summary to determine the orders you ve already entered. Then continue your order entry process and/or payments. Q Can a Hostess save her 10% - 20% Free Merchandise Credit, Free Jewelry or Half-Off benefits to use at a later time? No. Except for ooking Certificates, all Hostess rewards must be redeemed with her Party Orders. Hostess 10% - 20% credits can be used towards the purchase of any regular priced item. Q Do I include the total of the Hostess Invoice in the 10% - 20% Hostess Free Merchandise Credit? No, just the totals ( C ) of the Customer Invoices. If a Hostess wants to order as a Customer at her Party, this would be added into her Party sales for the Hostess benefits. Q My Oyster Inventory does not agree. What should I do? Check your supply to be sure you re accurate; include Pearls for orders you have not yet entered into OllieNet. Enter your count in the note section that appears when you click on I disagree... and the reason you disagree. The Home Office will research your account and respond to you via an . Q How do I apply my Hostess s order as a Customer so she gets Hostess Credits For her order? Create a new Customer record for your Hostess.
