2 The persnal data IOJ/ICJ gathers can be either bligatry r vluntary. a. Obligatry Data; Persnal data which are required in rder t prvide Custmer with prducts r services. b. Vluntary Data; Persnal data are nt mandatry data which withut can still allw Custmer t btain prducts r services frm IOJ/ICJ. Obligatry and vluntary persnal data differ frm each prducts and services and will be indicated in the applicatin frms. 6. The purpse f cllecting these infrmatin is as belw: a. T prcess the Custmer s registratin with IOJ/ICJ and t administer the Custmer s accunt. b. T prcess any query, feedback, rders, transactins r applicatins that the Custmer may make; c. T reslve disputes r trublesht prblems; d. T send Custmer, infrmatin regarding IOJ/ICJ s prducts and/r services; e. Fr Custmer s identity verificatin purpse; f. T btain Custmer s views and/r cmments regarding prducts and/r services prvided by IOJ/ICJ ; and g. T carry ut marketing analysis and t make general imprvements t IOJ/ICJ website and internal Custmer database. This relevant infrmatin may then be used by IOJ/ICJ its authrized subsidiaries, agents r authrized sub-cntractrs t prvide the Custmer with the infrmatin, prducts and/r services requested by the Custmer. h. When Custmer sign-up/registers as a Member via filling the registratin frm in I-Online website, IOJ/ICJ website and physical frms at any I-Clubs; b. When Custmer cntacts IOJ/ICJ entities via cmmunicatin methds such as physical stre walk-in inquiry, nline feedback frms, s, letters, telephne calls r scial media private messages. If the Custmer wuld rather nt receive this infrmatin, the Custmer may infrm IOJ/ICJ by methds f physical stre walk-in, telephne calls r s. Infrmatin Autmatically Cllected Frm The Custmer s Cmputer When the Custmer visits I-Online r IOJ/ICJ website, IOJ/ICJ web server autmatically recrds the Custmer s IP address. This IP address is nt linked t any f the Custmer s persnal infrmatin. IOJ/ICJ use IP addresses t help IOJ/ICJ administer the website and t cllect demgraphic infrmatin fr aggregatin purpses. The internal prcedures f IOJ/ICJ cver the strage, access, and disclsure f the Custmer s infrmatin, including, but nt limited t limiting access t the Custmer s infrmatin t thse emplyees r agents wh IOJ/ICJ believes have reasnable need t use the infrmatin t prvide prducts and/r services t the Custmer, r t perfrm their jbs. Sale Of Business If this business is sld r integrated with anther business, the Custmer s details may be disclsed t IOJ/ICJ advisers and any prspective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed n t the new wners f the business. Updating f the Custmer s Details If there is any change in the infrmatin that the Custmer has prvided t Isetan, fr example if the Custmer changed address, names r payment details r if the Custmer wishes t cancel the registratin, please let us knw the crrect details by infrming us persnally via stre walk-in, telephne calls r s.
