We may als prvide yu with additinal infrmatin when we cllect persnal data, where we feel this wuld be helpful t prvide relevant and timely infrmatin. What data we cllect Finastra cllects and prcesses the fllwing types f persnal data abut yu in cnnectin with yur jb applicatin. Cntact details: such as yur name, hme address, address, phne number; Infrmatin relating t yur career: such as jb histry, academic backgrund, qualificatins, prfessinal and persnal cmpetencies and skills, yur jb expectatins; Infrmatin abut yur histry f remuneratin & benefits and yur salary expectatins; Infrmatin relating t yur emplyment references (yu will have ensured yu have btained cnsent frm yur references prir t prviding us the infrmatin); Infrmatin cllected as part f the hiring prcess such as assessments and aptitude tests. Any aptitude tests taken frm part f the applicatin prcess but are nt slely determinative f yur utcme r success. Identificatin infrmatin, as part f the pre-hiring prcess: such as cpies f identificatin dcuments, immigratin status, and where permitted, infrmatin cncerning yur race and ethnicity (fr diversity mnitring purpses); Any ther infrmatin yu submit t us as part f the recruitment prcess. Such data may be cllected in different ways: it may be cntained in yur CV, in yur applicatin frm, yur identificatin dcument, r may be gathered frm interviews r assessments yu take during the recruitment prcess. Unless specifically respnding t a questin asked by us please d nt include any sensitive data as part f yur applicatin, i.e. infrmatin relating t yur racial r ethnic rigin, plitical pinins, religius beliefs, trade unin membership, health status r sexuality, r infrmatin regarding criminal cnvictins. If we d require this infrmatin in cnnectin with yur applicatin, this will be highlighted t yu where we will btain any necessary cnsents r acknwledgements. Finastra is cmmitted in leveraging each applicant skills and cmpetencies t find the right match fr a rle in the rganisatin as pprtunities arise. If yu are successfully hired, Finastra keeps this infrmatin fr the curse f the emplyment relatinship and, t the extent permitted, after terminatin f emplyment. The prtectin f yur data will then be gverned by the applicable Finastra Emplyee data privacy ntice. If yur applicatin is nt successful, we will keep yur data during 12 mnths fllwing the end f the recruitment prcess. Hwever, we believe it wuld be f yur interest t be cnsidered fr additinal jb pprtunities and/r recruitment hiring campaigns. Why we cllect, use and stre persnal data Finastra prcesses this persnal data fr the fllwing purpses: As required t establish and perfrm the emplyment cntract. This includes prcessing yur applicatin fr a specific jb Where necessary fr Finastra's r anther third party's legitimate interests, as listed belw, and where these interests are nt verridden by yur data prtectin rights Administrating the recruitment prcess, Managing the selectin prcess, making apprpriate emplyment ffer, Prtecting ur legitimate business interests and legal rights, and where permitted, Where permitted, analysing and mnitring the diversity f the applicants, in accrdance with applicable laws. Where required by applicable laws Immigratin dcumentatin is prcessed t ensure the candidate is entitled t wrk n the territry where the jb is lcated. T cmply with specific prvisins f law cncerning data prcessing at wrk r fr reasns f substantial public interest as determined by lcal law. Persnal data will primarily be prcessed by emplyees f the HR, management line with a vacancy, legal, and IT, where relevant and necessary. Vista prcesses yur persnal infrmatin n the basis f its legitimate interests in verseeing the recruitment prcesses and, if applicable, yur emplyment relatinship with Finastra. Yur Rights Yu have the right t ask Finastra fr a cpy f yur persnal data, t crrect, delete r restrict prcessing f yur persnal data; and t btain the persnal data yu prvide in a structured, machine readable frmat. In additin, yu can bject t the prcessing f yur persnal data in sme circumstances (in particular where we dn t have t prcess the data t meet a cntractual r ther legal requirement). Where we have asked fr yur cnsent, yu may withdraw cnsent at any time. If yu ask t withdraw yur cnsent t Finastra prcessing yur persnal data, this will nt affect any prcessing which has already taken place at that time.
