We offer three different reseller program levels based on the number of active Diamond Finance Cards in your network. 3 Reseller Promotions From time to time, Diamond Finance will offer resellers special discounts or rewards based on their performance, which may include limited promotional, marketing and sales merchandise. These will be communicated to all registered resellers via . Card Resale Resellers will resell the Diamond Finance Cards from their Starter Kits to individuals in need of a basic banking solution, who are unable to obtain such from traditional banks. In order for Diamond Finance to activate cards sold to customers (Cardholders) the reseller must provide the following FICA documentation to Diamond Finance, which may be uploaded to Diamond Finance using the Diamond Finance Online System, or sent to a dedicated address via MMS or Completed Cardholder Application Form Proof of ID (Copy of Identity Document, Passport or Asylum Seeker s Papers) Proof of Address (May be the completed affidavit, commissioned at any South African Police Station) Diamond Finance Administrators will review the Application Form, Proof of ID and Proof of Address within 1 business day of receipt and if all is in order activate the card. Where any information is incomplete Diamond Finance Administrators will contact the reseller for additional information. Appointing Agents Resellers who want to increase their market may recruit agents and register these on the Diamond Finance Online System. Resellers will issue agents with a Diamond Finance Card, which will be used to pay-in their commission earned on active cards issued at a fee of their choice. Resellers supply agents with Diamond Finance Cards for resale at a rate to be determined by the Reseller. Agents in turn resell their card stock, just as resellers would. Reseller Promotions From time to time, Diamond Finance will offer resellers special discounts or rewards based on their performance, which may include limited promotional, marketing and sales merchandise. These will be communicated to all registered resellers via . Reseller Market Protection Agents who want to limit or prevent competition in their areas of operation may pay an additional fee upon start-up depending on geographical and economic criteria in the area (e.g. LSM levels and population density) and will be issued with a detailed contract outlining targets for card sales and active card populations, to be agreed before exclusivity is granted.

4 Diamond Finance Online System The Diamond Finance Online System is an invaluable tool for resellers, agents and cardholders alike, each of which have access to functions and services appropriate to their needs within the network. Ordering Cards There are many ways to do business with Diamond Finance. We provide you with maximum flexibility and many options so you can do business the way you want. The most seamless means of interacting with Diamond Finance is directly through the online system, but there are other ways to request quotes and place orders.
