6 Event logistics Build Up Custom Stands are allowed to move in from Saturday 13th May from 12 noon Shell Scheme Stands are allowed to move in from Monday 15th May from 8am. Please note that shell scheme exhibitors will not be allowed on site prior to this. Marshalling Yard Procedure Queuing process based on a first come first serve basis Trucks will be indicated to move in by the marshall Trucks have 3 hours to load off equipment and then have to be parked on the My City Bus field after which a fee will be charged per hour Smaller vehicles will need to load in at P3 no bakkies will be allowed in marshalling yard Breakdown: Thursday Please note that Handheld items from 3D Cape and Gearhouse ONLY will be allowed to be removed from 5pm General from 6.30pm 11pm Breakdown: Friday Continued General from 7am 3pm

7 Event logistics House Rules No stands will be allowed to breakdown before the close of the event unless permission has been given by the organiser. Any exhibitor found doing this will be fined accordingly All catering needs to be ordered through the CTICC. Outside vendors are not permitted to provide catering for your stand. You should have received a services manual which will contain all the relevant additional services you may require at the exhibition. Please fill out the forms and return to the relevant contact person which you will find on each order form. We have a few copies available on hand if you have not received it or please contact Rachel For safety reasons, NO kids under the age of 16 will be allowed during build up. A member of your company needs to be available to sign and check the package when it gets delivered. Please note that neither the organisers nor the CTICC will be responsible for accepting or signing of deliveries. All Deliveries to only arrive on the 14th & 15th May 2017 There will be a demarcated area in the marshalling yard where grinding and painting can take place, THEREFORE THERE WILL BE NO GRINDING AND PAINTING ON THE EXPO FLOOR. As far as possible, please inform contractors that this needs to be done before coming onto site. Emergency aisles have to be kept open. We will issue a floor plan to each stand builder indicating which aisles needs to be kept clear at all times. This is a compulsory safety rule which is issued by the Fire Marshall of the City of Cape Town.

8 Event logistics SECURITY The Organisers will provide 24-hour security from the beginning of Build-Up, during expo days and until the end of Breakdown. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own stands and personal equipment during Build-Up, the exhibition opening hours and during the breakdown period. It must be stressed that neither the Organisers nor the security operators at the venue can be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor s property. Please be vigilant. All mandatory forms need to be submitted as soon as possible. 9 Event logistics Things you need to know No contractor will be allowed to build a stand unless full payment is made by the exhibitor. All exhibitors/contractors are required to report to our registration area, before you will be granted access to the exhibition halls. All contractors need to wear uniform and need to be accredited with the CTICC before coming on site. Parking and how it works Smaller Vehicles will be able to Park in P1 or P3. Vehicles will be directed by our security according to volume, as to where to park for buildup. Parking during build up and breakdown is complimentary for all exhibitors. Parking tickets for Show days will be sold directly by the CTICC. Please note that these tickets will only be on sale show days, after which parking is on a first come first serve basis at the normal CTICC rates. With regards to trucks as mentioned before trucks will be given a load off time of 3 hours in the marshaling yard and will be fined and charged an hourly rate if the time is exceeded. Onsite orders All onsite orders will have an additional surcharge of 20% if ordered on site. Please note that orders on site will have to paid cash and is also based on availability of stock. We highly recommend that you place orders before the event to avoid delays during your build up/set up of the stand. Raw space clients We have listed 4 preferred suppliers in our manual which has gone through a tender process for African Utility Week. Please note that if you choose to use your own supplier, Spintelligent cannot take responsibility for anything that does not go according to plan on site.

10 Event logistics Services deadline We have extended the serviced deadline to the 14 th April for additional services and to the 1 st May for all 3D Services, this is due to the online services manual being sent out late. If you have not received the link to the online services manual please contact 3D Cape. Booth Personnel Lunches Only the complimentary delegates allocated to according to your contract receive a buffet lunch. There are 3 options available to booth personnel: Kiosk Lunch this can be purchased from the visitor lunch area on the expo floor Buffet lunch which is available in the delegate lunch R per person per day Please indicate this by placing your order through the services manual. Alternatively you can order food and beverages for your stand through the additional services manual Banner Rigging All banners that needs to be rigged needs to be delivered to the Organisers Office at the CTICC, Att: Rachel on the 13 th May between 10 am and 12 noon. If you required a banner to be rigged, please contact Lee from Gearhouse directly - details found in the exhibitor manual.
