5 Step 2 Packing and preparing Whatever item you wish to move, we have a protective pack for it - we can even custom build one! Perhaps you d like us to pack everything safely for you? We re the experts at packing, so you can leave it all to us. Or we are happy to pack the fragile items, leaving you to pack clothing, books and non-fragile items. We ll arrive at a designated time with all the appropriate packing materials and get the job done quickly and efficiently. YOUR CLOTHES Your clothes will be fresh and ready to wear upon arrival. 6 IF YOU RE DOING YOUR OWN PACKING: Santa Fe Wridgways can provide all the materials for your convenience. Our cartons are specifically designed for moving and we are happy to provide appropriate cartons for your individual needs. Don t pack fragile items such as mirrors or paintings. We ll pack them with the care and protection they require. Don t pack items into pieces of furniture, such as chest of drawers, as this causes too much strain on the furniture. Do make sure you pack well, because if Santa Fe Wridgways are not packing for you, your insurance policy will not cover you. Do not pack any items that exhibit visible signs of mould. YOUR AUDIO/VIDEO EQUIPMENT Sensitive audio/video equipment is carefully packed using state of the art materials. YOUR PICTURES AND ARTWORK Artpacks protect delicate pictures and artwork. YOUR FURNITURE Our special VIP covers protect your lounge suites and mattresses.

7 Step 3 Your storage requirements Our storage facilities are among the best in the world. We use specifically constructed, modular storage containers or steel containers which are secure, clean, pest proof and designed to safely store any item from a carton to a lounge suite. Special items such as pianos and pool tables are stored in our VIP Special Goods area to ensure maximum care. All goods entering or leaving our storage facilities are subject to strict inventory checks. Each item is checked into the inventory listings when it enters the facility and checked out on exit. If you re not moving straight away, or you re planning to sell some of your belongings, we can store items for short or long periods, at very competitive rates. If you require part of your consignment at any time - while in temporary accommodation, for example - we will arrange prompt delivery of your urgently required clothing, toys etc to your temporary address. We are more than happy to work in with you. STATE OF THE ART STORAGE We use specially constructed individual containers to keep your belongings clean, secure and free of dampness. Our storage facilities are regularly fumigated ensuring a pest-free environment. Our tracking and labelling facilities enable us to identify and obtain special items as and when you need them. You are welcome to inspect our storage facilities. Please speak to your moving consultant. STORAGE TIPS Wash woollens before packing them for storage Vacuum rugs, or better still, have them cleaned. Check you haven t included flammable liquids, perishable foodstuffs or other hazardous items. Ensure your fridge, freezer or washing machine are thoroughly dry. We cannot store any items that exhibit any visible signs of mould.

8 Step 4 Delivery at your new home We can take care of the unpacking for you. We can partially unpack, or unpack every carton, please ask. If you engage our VIP Unpacking Service, we ll position your items into cupboards, hang your clothes and even make the beds! Almost anything s possible; some people like us to arrange for their cars to be waiting for them, others like us to arrange a dinner while we unpack their belongings. The delivery was perfect - in time, friendly and quick. We were very much satisfied!
