Customer can terminate the eye3 Service by giving us (Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited) ( HKT ) a not less than 30 days prior written notice at any time, but if the eye3 Service is terminated for whatever reason before the expiry of the Commitment Period, customer will be liable to pay an early termination charge and other charges (if any). A redemption letter regarding installation premium will be sent to eligible customer within around four weeks after payment of the first eye3 Service bill. 5 The gift can be consumed either by the registrant that subscribed the dedicated eye3 Smart Communications Service Plan or any person authorized by the registrant. The gift must be redeemed within the redemption period, or will be forfeited. A limited quota exists for each session. Please confirm time and venue by phone: (Mon to Sun 9am 9pm). Participants should attend 10 minutes before the class is due to start. No rescheduling or cancellation can be made after confirmation. No refunds or rescheduling will be considered for absentees or latecomers. If the number of participants is less than eight, the class could be rescheduled. We will inform you by phone three days before class starts to arrange for any rescheduling. If a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher is raised, we will inform you by phone on the day of bad weather and arrange rescheduling.
