1 KARAT (KFT) An opportunity to achieve the next level of business package from your efforts. VIP, Premium and Premium Pro owners can qualify for a Premium or Premium Pro Participation. Creates duplication within your team so everyone wins. THE CHALLENGE KARAT begins on the day an affiliate purchases their first business package. The KFT phase lasts 5 weeks (for example: from January 1 st 00:00:00 to 5 th of February 23:59:59) or as soon as the requirements are fulfilled. To qualify for a free upgrade to the next level or a participation, an affiliate must sell 5 business packages at their level or higher. 1

2 COMMISSIONS DURING THE KFT PHASE Bronze Silver Gold Receive 20% direct commission on each Bronze Package. During the KFT phase, package sales higher than bronze will create the regular commission according to the marketing plan. VIP Premium und Premium Pro receive 25% direct commission on each Bronze Package and can qualify for a Premium or Premium Pro Participation during the the KFT phase. 2

3 COMMISSIONS AFTER THE KFT PHASE Bronze Silver Gold will earn commissions according to the marketing plan. VIP Will continue to receive 25% direct commissions on Bronze packages. 3

4 OWN UPGRADE DURING THE KFT PHASE If you upgrade your business package during the KFT phase, your 5 week time limit will not be extended. (there are no new starts through upgrades) However it will still be possible to qualify for a free upgrade. Example: Sue starts with a Bronze package and sell 2 Silver packages in the first week. In the second week, she upgrades to Silver and sells 3 more Silver packages within the 5 week time frame. In this example Sue will receive a free upgrade to a Gold package. 4

5 OWN UPGRADE DURING THE KFT PHASE You can upgrade multiple times yourself during the KFT phase. Example: Sue starts with a Bronze package and sells 1 Gold package in her first week. In the second week she upgrades to Silver and sells 3 more Gold packages in week 3 and 4. She then upgrades her package to Gold and sells 1 more Gold package by week 5. In this example, Sue will receive a free upgrade to VIP. You must purchase your upgrade before you sell the 5th package. Otherwise the free upgrade will only apply to the level you are at when the 5th package is sold. 5

6 UPGRADES OF DOWNLINE AFFILIATES DURING THE KFT PHASE If your affiliates upgrade their business package during the KFT phase, your 5 week time limit will not be extended. (there are no new starts through upgrades from affiliates) Upgrades of your personal affiliates during your KFT phase will not count. For the KFT, you will only receive credit for the first package they originally purchased. Example: Sue starts with a Silver package and sells 1 Silver package in the 1st week. That affiliate decides to upgrade to a Gold package the next week. The upgrade does not count towards your 5 as the sale was counted already as a Silver. Simply put, packages are counted for your KFT phase on the initial business package purchase, not upgrades. 6

7 The Alternative THE ALTERNATIVE TO PACKAGE SALE Free upgrades are also available through direct sale turnover of any other Karatbars product, except direct sales of Bronze, Silver, Gold and VIP packages and any upgrades associated with these packages: Bronze Status: Silver Status: Upgrade to Silver direct sales of at least 2,800 Upgrade to Gold - direct sales of at least 3,000 Gold Status: Upgrade to VIP - direct sales of at least 4,200 VIP und Premium Status: 1 Premium Participation - direct sales of at least Premium Pro Status: 1 Premium Pro Participation - direct sales of at least Note: Free upgrades do not generate commissions or units. Shipping fees and any possible country dependent fees are at customer's expense. No liability will be incurred for misprints or incomplete specifications - subject to alterations, errors excepted. The decision of Karatbars management is final, with no recourse; participation in the Promotion is your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.
