S E A L IN G A S A G R O U T R E L E A S E To isure the best possible istallatio ad bacteria repellecy, 511 Impregator should be applied as a grout release before the groutig process. 511 Impregator will resist dye absorptio, facilitate grout residue removal (up to 45% faster), ad offer superior stai resistace durig the costructio process. I some situatios surfaces will require 511 Porous Plus for best oil repellecy. 511 Sealats are foud to be chemically acceptable o surfaces where there is a possibility of food cotact by the U.S.D.A. D IR E C T IO N S Do ot dilute or thi at ay time. Shake well. Protect eighborig ad adjacet surfaces of wood, carpet, metal, ladscapig ad other surfaces may be applied to damp surfaces 1 2 hours after stadig water has bee removed. 3. Apply a eve applicatio of 511 usig a clea white towel or MiraBrush Applicator & Tray. 4. Ay excess 511 that has dried o the surface creatig a residue/film, may be removed by reactivatig the residue with 511 Impregator ad immediately buffig dry with terry cloth towels. 8. If the residue has bee o the surface for more tha a few hours, use Miracle Sealats Residue Remover. Apply directly to the surface ad immediately buff or wipe dry with terry cloth towels. 9. For 511 H2O+, use warm water ad a soft scrub pad to remove excess. 10. Allow 511 to cure 6 12 hours before proceedig with the groutig process. 11. Grout the surface per maufacturer s specificatios. 12. Clea all grout residue completely with a clea spoge ad water. 13. With some difficult surfaces it may be ecessary to use Miracle Sealats HD Cleaer, HDAC (Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaer), Phosphoric Acid Cleaer, Epoxy Grout Film Remover or Fiish Sealer Stripper to completely remove all grout residue.

2 G R O U T S E A L IN G Although grout ca be treated with 511 Sealats withi a hour of grout residue removal, it is suggested to allow grout to cure per maufacturer s specificatio so as ot to void ay maufacturer warraty o the grout. For existig grout it is ot ecessary to wait. 1. Apply 511 with a pait brush or MiraBrush Applicator & Tray to grout joits. 2. Allow 511 to dwell 3 5 miutes. 3. Wipe or buff off ay excess before it dries o the surface with terry cloth towels. 4. Ay excess that has dried o the surface creatig a residue/film, may be removed by reactivatig the residue with 511 ad immediately buffig dry with terry cloth towels. 5. Simply shake the bottle ad pour ito a idustrial trigger spray bottle. 2. Mira Dust is a acrylic acid polishig powder, desiged to maitai the polish of marble, limestoe, travertie, terrazzo or calcareous surfaces. 1. Wet the surface with clea water ad sprikle Mira Dust oto the surface. 2. Buff usig a had held buffig machie equipped with a tampico brush, white ylo pad or polishig pad creatig a slurry solutio o the surface. Some areas may be able to be doe without the use of a machie. 3. Buff i side to side/circular motio. 4. Do ot allow to dry o the surface. 5. Squeegee slurry to ext sectio oce desired results are achieved. 6. Work small areas. 7. Make sure to rise areas usig Tile & Stoe Cleaer i the rise water. 8. Simply apply Stoe Polish o to the surface usig a clea cloth. 2. Apply i circular motio to isure complete coverage. 3. Allow to dry to a haze (10 15 miutes). 4. To remove hard water deposits, grout residue, efflorescece, rust ad other heavy dirt ad grime use Liquid Poultice, Phosphoric Acid Cleaer, Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaer or Porcelai & Ceramic Tile Cleaer. Whe usig these products it is essetial to coduct a few, small test areas. Some of the aforemetioed cleaers are acidic or abrasive ad will remove the polish o soft or calcareous stoes. Acid Sesitive Surfaces should be cleaed with Miracle Sealats Liquid Poultice, a o-acidic deep cleaer desiged specifically for acid sesitive stoe surfaces. Use of Liquid Poultice will ot affect the atural fiish of the stoe. 2. Mix oe part Liquid Poultice Part A with oe part Liquid Poultice Part B with 2 equal parts warm water. 3. Wet the surface to be cleaed. 4. Apply Liquid Poultice solutio usig a soft brush, towel or mop. 6. Allow solutio to dwell a miimum of 40 miutes while keepig the surface damp. 7. Agitate the surface with a soft brush periodically. Do ot allow cleaer to dry o the surface. 8. Remove excess with towels or wet vacuum. 9. Rise with clea water. 10. Easy to use, ad very effective Porcelai & Ceramic Tile Cleaer cotais mild abrasives i a mild ammoia cleaer. For all marble, limestoe, travertie ad other calcareous surfaces, test to make sure product does ot adversely affect polish. 2. Simply flip the top ad squeeze some oto a soft, white scrub pad. 3. 4 For the most aggressive cleaig challeges use Miracle Sealats Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaer, a strog hydrochloric acid cleaer. Remember acidic based cleaers (which the followig two products are) will remove the polish from calcareous stoes. Samplig these products o spare pieces of your particular material prior to use is highly recommeded. 2. Mix oe part Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaer with te parts water (1:10). Do ot use stroger tha (1:3). 3. Wet surface to be cleaed with clea water. 4. Apply Heavy Duty Acidic Cleaer solutio usig a brush, towel or mop. 5. Allow solutio to dwell 1 5 miutes while keepig the surface damp. 6. Agitate the surface with a brush. 7. Do ot allow solutio to dry o the s u r f a c e. 8. Remove excess with towels or wet vacuum. 9. Rise with oe part Tile & Stoe Cleaer with te parts clea water (1:10) to isure complete eutralizatio. 10. Fiished area ca be used for ormal foot traffic i 1 5 hours. 11. STA IN R E MO V A L For stai removal troubleshootig use Poultice Plus ad refer to the Miracle Sealats Stai Removal Guide for further iformatio. Mix Poultice Plus with the appropriate MSC Cleaer (refer to stai removal guide) ito a peaut butter like paste. 3. Apply Poultice Plus paste to stai about 1/4 thick ad overlap the stai by 1/4. 4. Cover the Poultice Plus paste with plastic wrap. 5. Tape the plastic wrap to the surface usig o-markig tape to create a air tight seal. 6. Allow to dry hours or util completely dry to hard clay like paste. 7. Remove plastic wrap from stai. 8. Remove the residual powder/paste away usig a wood spoo or spatula. 9. Rise the area usig distilled water. 10. Multiple applicatios may be ecessary to remove stai etirely. 11. Fiished area ca be used for ormal foot traffic i 1-5 hours. 12. Sprikle Mira Hoe oto the surface. 4. Buff usig a had held buffig machie (800 rpm) with a atural fiber brush, white ylo pad or polishig pad. 5. Buff i a cosistet side-to-side movemet. 6. Create a slurry solutio o the surface ad keep moist. 7. Do ot allow slurry to dry o the surface. 8. Squeegee slurry to ext sectio as results are achieved. 9. Work small areas util desire results are achieved. 10. Remove slurry usig a wet vacuum. 11. Make sure to rise areas usig Tile & Stoe Cleaer (1:10) i the rise water. 12. For heavy scratches, damage ad imperfectios, Diamod Abrasives should be used with a had held buffig/polishig machie by a stoe care professioal oly. Heavy restoratio is the process of removig the accumulatio of scratches ad wear by sadig the stoe with the appropriate Diamod Abrasive pads. S E A L IN G M A IN T E N A N C E Resealig will vary depedig o porosity, desity, hardess, foot traffic ad the elemets (idoor or outdoor) the area is exposed to. As a geeral rule, medium to dese surfaces exposed to heavy foot traffic ca be resealed every 1 3 years. Very hard surfaces exposed to heavy foot traffic ca be resealed every 3 5 years.
