10 We are having good facility for the production of mother pipe, required for seamless tubes and pipes. We use stainless steel rolled round bars of reputed producers for production. The round bars undergo various operations to get final finish. This process serves for the production of mother pipes for the cold pilger mill or a cold drawing.the cold draw tubes/pipes are solution annealed in a continuous roller hearth furnace. Stainless Steel Tube finds application into critical & corrosive environment as such the quality of Tubes are maintained with precise tolerance as per the required international standards. We are giving under all third party and customer Inspection with inhouse testing facilities. Suraj have specialization in Tubing for equipment like heat exchangers, heating elements, Thick wall boiler tubes, instrumentation tube with facility of bright annealing, extra long length upto 30meter and wide range of dimensions including nonstandard dimensions on customers request. 14 u U bending is done by cold working process. u U bending is done to the required radius as per customers drawings. u The bend portion and six inch leg is stress relieved by resistance heating. u Inert gas (Argon) is passed inside it at the required flow rate to avoid inside oxidation. u The radius is checked for its OD and wall thinning with the recommended specification. u Visual inspection for waviness and cracks check is done with Dye Penetrant Test. u Each Tube is then Hydro Tested at the recommended pressure to determine for leakage. u Cotton Ball test is done to check the inside cleanliness of the tube. u Thereafter pickled, dried, marked and packed. u All procedure is strictly followed as per TEMA R, C, B and ASTM A688.
