1 Fort Myers Beach Pirate Festival - Sponsorships The 9th annual Fort Myers Beach Pirate Festival is under way. This year s event takes place October 10th through the 12th. We are expecting it to be bigger than ever with over 10,000 pirates, crew, and visitors. The Festival starts at 5pm on Friday, where Ft. Myers Beach will come alive with nautical themed marauders walking about enjoying food and festivities on both sides of Matanza s Pass. Participants include bars and restaurants down Old San Carlos Blvd and along Shrimp Boat Lane. Festivities are scheduled throughout the festival including a Pub Crawl throughout the event, and a pirate-themed scavenger hunt packed with food and beverage offers available during the festival.

2 Title Sponsorship (Captain's Sponsorship) - $5,000 Claim this top prize sponsorship for your business! Claim the highest honor of having this great festival named after your business Your brand will be named on all promotional items (Signs, Banners, Flyers, Advertisements, Websites and Social Media.) You will have a 10x10 space for a tent, table, banner, and any other promotional items at the event. This space is located in the middle of all the vendors, in the highest traffic area of the festival. Your business will be included in any media ad buys that go out for the festival including ads in the News-Press, Florida Weekly, The Beach Observer, The Sand Paper and all regional Breeze Newspapers. Award your company a large premium display ad in our Festival Guide. Your logo displayed prominently on our Treasure Map for the Scavenger Hunt and Pub Crawl. Receive a full PR mention in all releases, thank you publicly at every announcement and presentation opportunity. Display and promote you on our blog, printed newsletters, e-newsletters and in all our social media. Display Space at the Festival Right to hand out company information (coupons, samples, etc.) at the event. Your name will be associated will all media that goes out through the various chamber members effort to promote the festival. Quartermaster Sponsor - $2,750 We have up to eight Sponsorships available for this level. Your award includes: Your name and logo displayed on the Treasure Map. Receive a quarter page ad in the Festival Guide ($2500 without the ad - cost of ad alone is $395). Your logo displayed on all promotional signs and handouts for the duration of the festival. Your logo is also displayed in all advertisements and media releases. Opportunity for content to be shared on all social media platforms controlled by the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce. Website banner on the Pirate Festival landing page within the Chamber Website. All traffic will be directed to this web page which sees over 13,000 page views. PR mentions in all releases. 3 Navigator Sponsorship Individual entertainment event sponsorships are available and coming soon. Prices will vary. Pub Crawl - $500 We have up to 12 Sponsorships available. Participants will be given a free Pub Crawl Map (on the back will be coupons, see sponsorship below) with all participating bars/restaurants in the Pub Crawl, per location. There will also be a time-based schedule created to allow all participating bars to have a guaranteed time when pirates shall arrive on their tour to visit their establishment. The scheduled pirate tour will only take place Saturday evening, while the Pub Crawl event will take place the entire weekend. Participating bars/restaurants are highly encouraged to create a special deal/drink/item per their discretion to capture participants. You will receive: Your logo, business name, and location on the pub crawl map. Your logo placed in the pirate festival event map, per location. A visit from the Pirates during their crawl around, with a chance to increase revenue from followers. Advertising on all websites and social media. Scavenger Hunt Sponsor - $500 We have up to 12 Sponsorships available. Participants who purchase the 9th Annual Pirate Fest Scavenger Hunt Map will be given an opportunity to win prizes in a drawing by bringing receipts from participating scavenger hunt businesses. Businesses can be restaurants, bars, retail, etc. Receipts must be shown at the Visitor Information Trailor Roxie. Participants will also show the map for one entry. For each receipt entered into the drawing, receipt will be stamped and noted of sales. Multiple submissions are allowed, but limited to only one receipt per day, per participating business. Receipts only valued through Oct and winner will be drawn Monday, October 13th. Participants will fill out a ticket with name, zip code, (optional), and phone number per entree. Participating businesses are required to have Scavenger Hunt and Pirate Fest labeled visibly on a board, preferably a dry erase board, or some type of sign, that can be seen from outside the establishment to notify participants. You will receive: Business name, logo, store hours, and url on scavenger schedule. Business location listed on map for easy navigation and site viewing. Increased revenue due to purchases made in-store for drawing entries. *You will be helping support the annual Pirate Fest Event.

4 Coupon Sponsorship - $250 We have 12 sponsorships available. This sponsorship level allows businesses to purchase a coupon spot on the back of the Pub Crawl map. These maps with the coupons will be handed out free of charge to any participants during the Pirate Festival. Coupons can include, but are not limited to, food specials, BOGO offers, percent off specials, or free item with purchase specials. The coupon offer will include: The business logo A description of what is being offered The phone number and web address for the business Double Play - Scavenger Hunt & Coupon/ Pub Crawl & Coupon - $650 Two Bells (5pm in pirate talk) - Scavenger Hunt and Pub Crawl - $750 Three Sheets to the Wind - Scavenger Hunt Sponsor, Pirate Pub Crawl Sponsor, and Coupon Sponsor - $900
