6 THANK YOU FOR YOUR PARTICIPATION As a sponsor/ticket buyer you have the opportunity to place an ad in our event journal. The size and color configuration (4-color or black and white) of your ad is determined by your table level purchase, sponsorship level or ad space purchased. Please note that you or your company is responsible for providing ad material by the deadline. Deadline for ad materials SEPTEMBER 1, 2017 NO ADS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THE DEADLINE. ADS FOR PURCHASE Ad space is also available for purchase in the event journal. $1,000 for a full page, 4-color process and $500 for half page, 4-color process. AD CREATION If you require advertising material to be developed for you, Julie Mellen can create your ad artwork for a fee of $150. This is an additional fee to any sponsorship/table/ticket purchase and will be billed to you by Point Foundation.
