8 WI-FI SPONSORSHIP TERMS Term: Bid Deadline: Contract Dates: 1 OR 2 Year Contract Option November 17, 2017 at 12:00 noon PST January 5, January 3, 2019 (Yr-1) January 4, 2019 January 2, 2020 (Yr-2) All proposals must offer a minimum bid of $70,000 for a 1-year term OR $140,000 for a 2-year term. The bid will be awarded to the company with the greatest revenue total submitted per year. Submissions must include a cover letter and the Lamar Airport Advertising/ Spokane Airport Wi-Fi Sponsorship Bid Form, as.pdf document. Submissions will be accepted via only. .PDF forms to Sandy Clark, skclark@lamar.com by 12:00 pm PST, November 17, Submissions will not be accepted after this time. All proposers will receive an confirmation of receipt. The successful proposer and all other proposers will be notified via November 20, Production and Install/Removal Fees of $2,925 are additional fees and nonnegotiable. All creative will be due by December 15, In the event of a tie, the contract will be awarded by a game of chance. Representatives from each company will draw cards, and the award will go to the person who selects the highest value card. Lamar reserves the right to reject any or all bids, portion or parts thereof, and to waive all minor irregularities in bidding including the option to re-open the bid submission process. Lamar hereby notifies all bidders that no person or organization shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, religion, color, age, sex, sexual orientation or national origin in consideration for an award.
