2 As a product or service provider there are two ways you may participate in FAPSC Continuing Education Conference programs: (1) via Sponsorship opportunities or (2) via Exhibiting at our. Through your company s participation and contribution, FAPSC is able to provide networking opportunities, ciritical information regarding compliance, school operations, best practices, federeral and state updates to schools in the private postsecondary education sector. We're changing the format of our continuing education programs to bring attendees MORE of the BEST! Administrator Training FAPSC will host one Annual Conference for School Administrators July 28 - July 30 at Boca Raton Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. This is an exclusive event for school administration and will feature multiple breakout topics and tracks, and a large exhibit space for vendors. School Administrators may earn up to 8 CEUs by attending the conference in its entirety. Tuesday, July 28 7th Annual Jay Lambeth Memorial Golf Tournament & Exhibitor Set Up Wednesday, July 29 & Thursday, July 30 FAPSC 2015 & Tradeshow Faculty Training FAPSC will host a series of Faculty Regional Conferences in select areas throughout the year. This is a prime opportunity for faculty members to earn up to 8 CEUs by attending an event in a nearby location. We're bringing school faculty heavily discounted registration rates and plan to host these events at member schools to make them more easily accessible and cost effective! These events will host a very limited vendor exhibit space available for event sponsors. Please note: All dates are tentative and subject to change. 9 Frequently Asked Questions about Sponsorships 1. Why should my company consider? Sponsorship is one of the two ways (the alternative is exhibiting) in which a product or service provider may participate in FAPSC Continuing Education Conference Events. Representatives affiliated with product/service providers may not attend the conference and register as an administrator or faculty member for the event as these rates are reserved for school personnel only. Product and Service providers must register as an exhibitor or a sponsor in order to participate in FAPSC Conferences. Sponsorship is an excellent way to support FAPSC Conferences and allows school personnel to register at a highly discounted rate to attend important continuing education classes and earn CEUs. 2. I have a great idea for company sponsorship, but it's not listed in this information, what should I do? FAPSC is constantly looking for new ways to promote associate and school member relationships! Please share your ideas with us, by calling or ing Katie@FAPSC.org. 3. I like some of the components listed for the sponsorship package, but not all of them are of most benefit to my company. May we discuss revising some of the benefits? Absolutely! Not all sponsorship packages are a perfect fit for every company. Contact FAPSC ( or Katie@FAPSC.org) so we can determine what benefits are of interest to you and how we can better tailor those to suit your company s needs. 4. What is a "Co-Presentation" breakout educational session? Co-Presentations are a unique opportunity for sponsors to present an educational session that incorporates the knowledge and experience of their school clients. This is a wonderful way for practitioners to share with their peers using your company's guidance. Company select a school-based person, and the pair jointly present on the topic of their choice within the education track. Each session is typically one hour in duration (including Q&A). The company receives sponsorship credit in the program, session signage and is permitted to bring promotional or informational documents related to their products and services for distribution at the conclusion of the session. The vendor must agree to submit a copy of the presentation (plus any additional materials) and topic proposal in advance for review by the FAPSC Continuing Education review committee. All presentations must follow the FAPSC specific set of guidelines before they may be considered. Download the Guidelines at 5. What is a Presentation breakout education session? This type of presentation is entirely vendor led. There is an increased fee of $500 for this type of session compared to the Co-Presentation Sponsorship. Each session is typically one hour in duration (including Q&A). The vendor must agree to submit a copy of the presentation (plus any additional materials) and topic proposal in advance for review by the FAPSC Continuing Education review committee. All presentations must follow the FAPSC specific set of guidelines before they may be considered. Download the Guidelines at 6. If I select co-presentation/presentation breakout session as part of a package sponsorship or a la carte offering, how do I know that there will be room in the schedule for me? Sessions will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. By selecting this option, you will need to submit information for your session using a separate form (FAPSC will send directly to you) so we may place you in the correct track for our program. You are encouraged to respond early as some breakout tracks fill up quickly and there are a limited number of sessions in the conference schedule.

10 7. I am interested in the sponsorship packages which include one faculty conference. May I select which of the tentative five faculty conferences my company will sponsor? Faculty Conference sponsorships will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. You are encouraged to submit your sponsorship selection early for participation in these events. 8. What is a Conference Tote-Bag Insert? A conference bag insert can range from a flyer advertising what products and services your company offers, to an office desktop doodad, to something useful to conference attendees. Sponsors are responsible for supplying and mailing the item by the FAPSC specified deadline for placement in conference totebag. 9. Who receives the Conference Tote-Bag Inserts? All attendees at the Administrator Conference are issued a conference tote-bag at the conference registration counter. 10. Will I have access to the attendee registrant list? Yes. As an event sponsor the attendee registrant list will be ed to you (in Microsoft Excel format) pre- and post-conference for the continuing education conference event that you are. We request contact information for each registrant as well as their professional title/role. 11. As an exhibitor, why should I consider? Booth Location - Sponsoring is a great way to further promote your company in multiple ways both inside and outside the exhibit hall. Sponsorship is one of the three criteria used in booth location assignment within the exhibit hall space (the other two criteria are membership status, and the submission date of the exhibitor registration). Grand Prize Scavenger Hunt - All exhibitors will automatically be listed on a prize punch/stamp card that attendees receive. Attendees must visit each exhibitor s booth to receive their stamp to become eligible for prize drawings. Exhibiting Sponsors will be listed on the prize/stamp card as part of a special attendee scavenger hunt for the FAPSC Grand Prize drawing. Sponsors will provide one question regarding their product/services that attendees will need to verify with the sponsor. Attendees must answer all scavenger hunt questions (correctly identify each company with messaging regarding their product/services) to be eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing (Thursday afternoon). 12. Now that I have signed up as a sponsor, where do I submit my exhibit selection information? Use the Exhibitor Registration Form to assure your company has a booth in the exhibit hall - now available on the FAPSC website! 13. Where do I sign up my company for the conference? As a sponsor, your company is granted access to a certain amount of name (based upon your sponsorship purchase). You will receive further instruction on how to sign up for closer to the time of the event. 14. What about the Golf Tournament? Don t worry, the FAPSC Annual Jay Lambeth Memorial Golf Tournament has sponsorship opportunities as well as room for golfer registrations!
