This year, ilandscape exhibits will once again be in the main convention hall (Discovery Hall) and the ballroom (Innovation Hall). 4 Lanyard Sponsor SOLD Your name will appear on all name badge lanyards given to attendees. Anytime an attendee looks in the mirror, they will be looking at you. Thousands of name badge lanyards will be handed out at ilandscape and all will bear your name. Cost: $4,300 for 5,000 double-clip, 1-color imprint OR $6,000 for 7,000 double-clip, 1-color imprint (limited to one company) Promotional Bags SOLD Tradeshows mean stuff. Either attendees hire caddies or carry it themselves. Be the exclusive ilandscape bag sponsor. Bags will be distributed at the entrance to the show. Bags will have your logo and artwork. Cost: $5,460 for 2,500 cotton bags with 1-color imprint $1,000 if you already have your own printed bags. (limited to one company) Aisle Sponsor SOLD The ilandscape main convention hall floor is designed with twelve aisles to draw people through the show. Every attendee will traverse these aisles on their way to hundreds of booths and the Garden Stage. Your brand will be the first thing attendees see before heading down each aisle. (12 decals one at the entrance of each aisle) Cost: $1,600 (limited to two companies) Exhibitor Keg Parties Who misses the opportunity for a free drink? Exhibitors can host a keg party in their booths at any point throughout the 3-day event. Attendees can stop by your booth for a tasty beverage of your choice. Exhibitor keg parties will be listed prominently in the show program although, we doubt anyone will have trouble finding you. No more than two keg parties can happen at one time. Keg party times may be scheduled at your discretion. All prices include the bartender, liquor, and cups costs. Cost: $1,500 (200 cups - Miller Lite) $1,600 (200 cups - Blue Moon) 4

5 Hotel Key Card Folder Sponsor SOLD Be the first thing ilandscape attendees see when they check into their hotel room. Your company name, logo, information, and booth number will be on the hotel key card folder. Cost: $550 (limited to one company) Front-and-Center Sponsor When the doors open, they will see you. Reserve a special 2-hour spot at the entrance door to ilandscape. Greet attendees when they walk through the door. You may hand them materials, invite them to your booth, or just say hi (the sponsor may not set anything up or place materials on the floor). Slot is available from 9:30am- 11:30am. Cost: $500 (limited to one company, per day) Sales Office/Fortress of Solitude Rental SOLD Need a little more privacy? There are five 10 x 10 sales offices available for rent right off the show floor. These rooms are yours to use during the entire show for a sales office or just a place to relax outside the hustle and bustle of ilandscape. These rooms are available on a first come-first served basis. Cost does not include furnishings which can be procured through the decorator or brought in from the outside. Your staff will be given keycards to access your space during show hours. Cost covers all three days. Cost: $500 per room (limited to 5 companies) 3-issue Advertising Package in The Landscape Contractor Magazine The Landscape Contractor is the official publication of the ilandscape Show. This monthly, 64-page, 4-color magazine is mailed to thousands of landscape contractors, landscape architects, and green industry professionals. The Landscape Contractor magazine also doubles as the onsite show program. Your ad will appear in: 1. the 1-month preview issue (January, Ad deadline: December 4th) 2. the show issue that doubles as the show guide (February, Ad deadline: December 15th) 3. the post show issue (March, Ad deadline: February 8th) This 3-issue ad package will be seen by thousands of landscape professionals before, during, and after ilandscape.
