1 Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair Packages April 2015 To provide opportunities for exhibitors to increase exposure at the fairground and enhance their companies brand image, a wide range of sponsorship packages will be offered exclusively to the Fair s exhibitors. Application 18 February 2015 deadline: Eligibilities: - All exhibitors are eligible to take the sponsorship packages - Each exhibitor can sponsor a maximum of 2 items Policies: - The sponsorship packages are only offered to the Fair s booth exhibitors. - In case of over-subscription for any sponsorship items, exhibitors taking furnished booths or custom-built booths will be given priority. If all conditions remain the same, the Organisers will offer the sponsorship on a first-come-first-served basis. - The Organisers reserve the rights to vary the terms and conditions of the sponsorship packages. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Organisers shall be final and binding. General Items: 1. Hanging Banner 2. Show Bag 3. Networking Reception 4. Entrance Decoration / Ambience Decoration 1. Hanging Banner By sponsoring the hanging banners, you are able to demonstrate to the fair attendees your wide-format printers capability. In addition, it allows your company to stand out from other industry players and thus creates more business opportunities. Show Bag To create an ultimate moving billboard, you may consider the show bag sponsor and let your target buyers advertise for you at the exhibition halls and in town during the fair period. This premium sponsorship may keep you one step ahead of your competitors and literally drive visitors to your booth. Exhibitors and buyers will be invited to mingle and to find their business partners in the reception. It will be a perfect occasion for the sponsor to reach out to target audience. By presenting your innovative decorations in these areas, your company will be able to impress the buyers with your outstanding printing quality and distinctive product design.
