6 CLIENT AGREEMENT Initial Applicatin Prcessing/Start-up Fee: $595 (One time nly) Client Fee: $3,500 per year, billed semi-annually, $1,750 (January 1 - Spring) and $1,750 (July 1 - Fall) Plus $250 per additinal stre each billing perid. Split payment ptin (2 x $875, 31 cycle). Applicatin Prcessing: Yur cmpleted questinnaire will be reviewed upn receipt. We will schedule a telephne call t discuss the cntent f the questinnaire and the gals yu wish t achieve with the help f The Garden Center Grup services. Acceptance is nt guaranteed.
