T change yur prcessing date, lg in t Virtual Office, click Essential Rewards, and then click "Change Prcessing Date" t edit the date. Please make the changes at least 2 days befre yur riginal prcessing date. Click Change Day after making changes. If any specific date is nt available fr yu t chse, it may mean that the quta f that date is already full. Our Custmer Service Team culd neither chse that date fr yu. Please chse anther available date instead. Q. Hw many Essential Rewards pints culd I use every mnth? Yu can use up t 375 Rewards Pints per mnth t redeem free prducts. Pints may nly be redeemed fr prducts with full PV values. Nt all prducts are eligible, and items purchased with Essential Rewards pints are nt returnable. Q.
