1 Procurement Officer The Procurement Officer is responsible for the sourcing, planning and purchasing of raw materials, trims and accessories used in Rags2Riches production and product development processes. His/her duties primarily include coordinating with suppliers, including indigenous communities, to plan requirements, execute transactions, organize costing and item specifications and manage supplier relationships. The Procurement Officer may also be required to identify new suppliers and support strategic sourcing initiatives from time to time. Main responsibilities Coordinate with production and product development to understand and adequately plan for material requirements Liaise and meet with suppliers to initiate and execute purchasing transactions according to production timelines and budgeted costings Support communities with the purchasing of scrap cloth Ensure purchasing transactions, delivery receipts and item specifications are well-documented and well-organized Receive, issue and manage inventory of materials Support quality assurance with fabric/material testing Manage supplier relationships and performance; ensure timely payment to suppliers Support with sourcing new suppliers and contract negotiations Provide up-to-date purchasing records and reports to management, as necessary The ideal should have at least 3 years experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The should demonstrate a proven ability to plan and execute production requirements with initiative and attention to detail. A strong quantitative background, flexible working attitude, ability to multi-task and good interpersonal skills (in both Tagalog and English) are essential to success.

2 Main responsibilities Production Supervisor The Production Supervisor is responsible for the scheduling, monitoring and execution of all activities involved with in-house and community production for Rags2Riches products, as well as quality control and logistics. His/her primary objective is to help the ensure production between Rags2Riches communities, the in-house workshop and subcontractors is streamlined in order to meet delivery dates and quality standards. The Production Supervisor is a highly tactical yet strategic role that requires excellent project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to plan, multi-task and problem-solve in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Production Scheduling & Monitoring Support in optimizing production scheduling, systems and tools Execute and monitor the department s production plans; ensure communities, in-house workshop, quality control and subcontractors are aligned and delivering to schedule Coordinate with Product Development to ensure product specifications are understood across the supply chain Monitor and control inventory levels within the workshop Ensure proper forms and policies are followed across the production value chain Help implement process, policy, system and strategy changes within the workshop, communities and/or Quality Control team Monitor and report on department-specific metrics to support senior management reporting and planning, particularly production-related costs/budgets Community-Based Enterprises Schedule production such that community production capacities are maximized yet fairly spread Monitor community production performance and share key issues and suggestions for improvement with Supply Chain Manager Liaise with community leaders and officers to help implement Rags2Riches production processes and systems Support community training by documenting and

3 transferring production know-how Ensure that community-based enterprises are in compliance with Rags2Riches Eco-Ethical Standards The ideal should have at least 3-5 years in a production supervisory role, preferably in a retail and/or community-based environment. The should demonstrate a proven ability to independently plan and manage multi-step, multi-party production processes, as well as possess a capacity to monitor and guide quality control and inventory management. Prior experience working in an entrepreneurial environment is desired, as the should be proactive and hands-on in order to get things done. The should ideally have prior experience, or be comfortable interacting with community-based producers. A strong quantitative background, flexible working attitude, good interpersonal skills (in Tagalog and English), as well as the ability to quickly integrate and synthesize information are essential to success.

4 Main responsibilities Operations Director The is responsible for the planning and execution of all activities involved in production planning, sourcing, conversion, logistics and inventory management, as well as product development, for Rags2Riches products. His/her duties also include coordinating and collaborating with supply chain partners, which can include suppliers, communities, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers. The s main goal is to enable Rags2Riches operations to consistently meet product delivery deadlines ontime, at-quality and within budget. Strategy, Plans and Budgets Coordinate with Rags2Riches sales, community activation, and production departments on demand / supply planning Forecast production needs based on sales projections, and plan for necessary increases in production capacity alongside the community activation and expansion team Manage product development process to ensure efficient time-to-market, and contribute to design process Coordinate the capacities and lead times of raw material suppliers, community producers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of sales team s orders Create strategic sourcing plan and negotiate/contract with key strategic suppliers Develop and maintain a high quality supplier database and manage supplier relations Manage inventory of raw materials to finished goods, and review Rags2Riches inventory strategy periodically in order to optimize financial and operational performance Develop and coordinate an efficient in-bound and outbound logistics system Create and manage to department budgets Monitor and report on department-specific metrics to support senior management reporting and planning Design and implement new systems and processes, as needed, to adapt to innovations and to position Rags2Riches for additional growth Community-Based Enterprises Ensure that community-based enterprises (i.e. home-based

5 producer groups) are able to grow and cope with Rags2Riches increasing demand for products that satisfy its time, budget, and quality requirements Coordinate with leaders and officers of community-based enterprises to help plan out their production schedules and processes Support training of leaders / officers of community-based enterprises on raw materials procurement, efficient usage of materials, production planning and processes, etc. Ensure that community-based enterprises are in compliance with Rags2Riches Eco-Ethical Standards Suppliers / service-providers Identify potential suppliers who comply with the quality standards and Eco-Ethical standards of Rags2Riches Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors by ensuring compliance with terms and coordination in material requirements planning Establish institutional partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors in order to get the best rates and terms The ideal should have at least 5 years experience in supply chain management, preferably in a fashion- or manufacturing-related company. The should demonstrate a proven ability to manage a company s supply chain, design and implement supply chain systems / processes, and contribute to increasing its efficiency in a variety of creative ways. The should ideally have prior experience, or be comfortable interacting with home or community-based producers. A strong quantitative background, flexible working attitude, ability to multi-task and take initiative, good interpersonal skills (in both Tagalog and English), as well as the ability to quickly integrate information are essential to success.
