4 Detailed Notice Inviting Tenders & Terms of supply 1. Sealed tenders are invited on behalf of JNKVV for the supply of agrochemicals from the reputed manufacturers and /or their authorized dealers on the prescribed tender form. Tender should be submitted separately for each category any super scribe the same on the top of the envelop of the tender being submitted. The tenders will be received at the Directorate of Farms JNKVV, Jabalpur on or before up to 1.00 p.m. (a) Name of the work Supply of agrochemicals (b) Amount of earnest Rs money (c) Time allowed for 15 days, extendable on justified reasons, on request. supply (d) Place of supply JNKVV at Jabalpur or other units of JNKVV jurisdiction Rates: Rate for supply should be in Rupees for each item separately and should be expressed on the tender form it self, both in figures and words in such a way that interpolation is not possible and all over-writings should be neatly scored out or rewritten and correction should be duly attested prior to the submission of tender. The rates should include all taxes and FOR JNKVV Jabalpur. 2. Submission of Earnest Money and Security deposit: Earnest money should be deposited through Demand Draft in favour of Director Farms, JNKVV, Jabalpur payable at any bank situated in Jabalpur town. The earnest money of the unsuccessful tenders will be refunded on the rejection of their tenders and will be retained from the successful tenders as security deposit. 3. Place and time of opening of tenders: The tenders will be opened in the Director Farms Office in presence Purchase Committee and of the tenders or their duly authorized agent at 3.00 p.m. on Conditional Tender: Conditional and unsealed tenders are liable to be rejected. Tender will not be considered if the firm does not supply a copy of the TIN & PAN allotted to it. Validity of Offer: Tenders shall remain open up to six months from the date of the receipt of the tender and in case the tender withdrawing the offer before the aforesaid date, for the reason what so ever, or non supply at approved rates, the earnest money deposited with the tender shall be forfeited. 5. In the event of any dispute the decision of the Director Farms will be final and binding on both the parties. 6. The Director Farms reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason. 7. A certificate of being manufacturer or authorized dealer from the competent authority should be enclosed with the tender.
