Responsibilities: Preparing materials, conducting on-site workshops and meetings with employees, analyzing survey data, creating reports of findings. Performance Management System Evaluation: March 2014 February 2015 The Christman Company Kendy Gaffner, HR Specialist Evaluated current performance management system used by company to inform decisions about how to rework and improve the system. Responsibilities: Identifying strengths and weaknesses of current system, conducting analysis of goal-setting and ratings data from system and identifying key insights, researching potential alternative performance management systems, coordinating and communicating with platform companies, providing system recommendations. Skills Assessment Survey: Accident Fund Holdings, Inc. January 2014 January 2015 Dr. Ann Marie Ryan Created survey assessment tools for company to use in identifying key claims adjustment, loss control and underwriting skills; potential gaps in current and future skill levels; and future trends in the changing skills of employees.
