We prepare your employees optimally for the challenges of their daily workflow. Together with our customers, we have developed the following components for you: FIRST DAY THEORETICAL TRAINING Plant tour Insight into the manufacturing process of our machines contributes to better basic understanding of our technology. You'll also understand the structure of our machines. Basic training and consolidation of separation technology When using industrial centrifuges, there is a large variety of parameters that have an impact on the separation process. Knowing these parameters lets you take action to optimize your own processes. SECOND DAY PRACTICAL TRAINING Professional disassembly and assembly of the machine In this practical training, you'll learn the important details for correct disassembly and assembly of your machine, making workflows easy and helping you save money and time during easy maintenance work. THIRD DAY PRACTICAL TRAINING Operating the Flottweg Decanter, Tricanter, or Disc Stack Centrifuge Get to know all the functions of your machine. After the training, you'll be able to parameterize and operate your machines optimally, as well as to systematically discover and eliminate errors. Maintenance and service of the machines After this unit you'll be able to carry out maintenance work on your machine on your own. You'll be able to service the most important components and you'll be familiar with the lubrication intervals of the machine. Final discussion including questions and feedback Do you have any questions? Is there anything to be clarified? In the last phase of our training we make sure that you really got all the information you needed. Flottweg Training Program Training is offered in closed sessions for individual customers. Dates are arranged as needed. Our more than 650 employees appreciate the unique location and infrastructure of the little town, 80 km to the north-east of Munich and near Landshut. The Munich Airport is only 45 minutes away. Thanks to the interstate A92 and the direct connection to the highway B299 we are quickly accessible, also by car. At our Vilsbiburg Headquarters, the Flottweg Academy has its own conference rooms, located at our plant. That means it's possible to have a look into the production facilities and at our machines to make it easier to understand our technology. We also offer Pleasant training atmosphere in our modern Flottweg Academy, which is very generous in its design Teambuilding: Thanks to our training your employees will learn to achieve better results when working in a team Organizational support (travel here and back) Catering (lunch as well as coffee and snacks, nonalcoholic beverages) We can provide you with protective clothing and shoes. Please send us the names and the travel data of the participants no later than two weeks before the training starts. Please keep in mind that hotel costs are not included in the package. They will have to be paid by the participants directly at the hotel. TRANSFER We will be pleased to organize the transfer between the airport or the station to your hotel and to the Flottweg Academy for a small extra charge. If you want us to do this, please let us know in your registration form. CANCELLATION You can cancel the training at no charge up to two weeks before the training begins. After that, the complete training fees will have to be paid. 6
