1 LOCAL CONDITIONS ex SWITZERLAND frm 01/01/2018 The present Lcal Cnditins apply t all sales f air carg transprtatin departing frm Switzerland, including services incidental theret, by r n behalf f Air France Carg and/r KLM Carg (cllectively referred t as Carriers ). These Lcal Cnditins specify the bking cnditins and peratinal specificities which apply t the abve-mentined sales. It is reminded that transprtatin is gverned by the Carriers General Cnditins f Carriage which are available at any Carriers lcal Custmer Service ffice r at Lcal Cnditins may be mdified at any time. We advise yu t check regularly fr updates in particular befre any new bking. All bkings fr air carg transprtatin are subject t the Lcal Cnditins effective at the time f bking and imply their full and entire acceptance by the shipper r its representing agent (hereinafter referred t as Custmer ). 1. RATES VALIDITY - All in Rates : All-inclusive transprtatin rates based n the bking infrmatin, excluding ancillary services and any applicable taxes, levies, fees and ther charges. Rates may be adjusted in the event f any change f the bking details. - All in Rates are based n vlume rati 1:6 - All rates and ther charges are charged accrding t the date f issue f the Air Waybill. - It is cmpulsry t indicate n the AWB green cpy the spt/ad hc reference number given when bking. Eventual CCA requests will nt be accepted if the spt/ad hc reference number is missing n the AWB green cpy. - AWB rigin is leading fr which ther charges are applied. Please check next t Switzerland ther charges mentined in this dcument, als the Dutch- and French ther charges published with a cmplete verview n: - Variatin HUM (Ashes and Cffin) will fllw Variatin Safe1 pricing. In case destinatin pricing is nt available please cntact ur Custmer Service fr a tailr-made slutin. 2. BOOKING CONDITIONS - All shipments must be bked in advance accrding t the cnditins belw unless therwise agreed and cnfirmed in writing by the Carriers. - Carriers may refuse t carry a shipment if n prir bking has been made r if infrmatin prvided at bking is nt in accrdance with the shipment tendered t Carriers. - All in Rates and capacity qutatins are based n infrmatin prvided at the time f bking and may be adjusted in case f any change made by the Custmer. In such event, additinal fees and specific cnditins (which can be cnsulted with the Carriers) may apply. - Custmers must update bkings via Custmer Service as sn as underlying shipment details are mdified, in particular regarding the weight, vlume r cmmdity type. - Bkings shuld be made either nline, by , telephne r fax using the cntact details shwn belw and indicate the air waybill number, the exact weight, vlume and prduct type as well as, if applicable, any specific agreement reference: Custmer Service and bking platfrm cntacts E-bking via mycarg CPS/EDI (Air France Carg/KLM Carg nly) address custmerservice.ch@afklmpcarg.cm Telephne number Ex Eurpe shipments are accepted n a prepaid basis nly. 2 3. ACCEPTANCE POLICY Shipments must be tendered t the Carriers "READY FOR CARRIAGE", in accrdance with IATA reslutins and by the latest acceptance time (referred t as LAT ) shwn belw. Specific guidelines may apply per prduct which may be cnsulted at Carriers lcal Custmer Service ffices. NO SHOW, CANCELLATION AND BOOKING DISCREPANCY FEES T imprve and maximize peratinal perfrmance, Custmers are required t tender shipments in accrdance with the bking and t keep the Carrier infrmed at all times f the latest relevant bking infrmatin. The fllwing fees will apply in case f majr changes t the latest available bking: N shw fee* (Fr shipments that are nt delivered befre the LAT) 35% f the ttal All-in Rate accrding t bking r 0,35 CHF per kil f the shipment weight whichever is higher * Fr deliveries after the LAT, Carriers will d their utmst t restre riginal frwarding plan. OTHER CHARGES The cmmdity type, handling and delivery f gds may give rise t ther imprt/exprt charges which can be btained frm yur lcal Custmer Service ffice. 7 - Operatinal prcedure transbrder fee Prt Gentil-POG via Libreville-LVB (Gabn) 6. INVOICING AND PAYMENT Invices are issued n the basis f the bking infrmatin, the air waybill, its electrnic equivalent and adjustments made at acceptance in the event f discrepancies between the shipment details at bking and thse at acceptance. Carriers invices will be handled via CASS r ther available industry payment facilities agreed with the Custmer. In case CASS is nt available, the Custmer can pen an accunt lcally by entering int a specific cntractual agreement with the Carriers. If the Custmer wishes t dispute any inviced amunt, it shall ntify the Carriers immediately and in any event within six (6) mnths f the invice date. If Custmer des nt ntify Carriers f a dispute within such time perid, the invice shall be deemed accepted. Fees will be inviced by update f cnditins as per applicable air waybill r n a separate invice. 7.
