6 Placing an Advertisement with SUTV Plan early. Choose from one of our affordable packages that fit your need. Complete an Announcement Request Form. Submit your advertisement material(s) along with the completed Request Form at least two weeks prior to the date of announcement being aired. Submit your video and/or PowerPoint in one of the following formats: MPG, Mpeg2, WMV, M2P, or AVI. your advertisement file(s) to or dropped your file(s) off at ASA Building, Room 102b. Payment is required prior to the airing of any advertisement. SUTV staff will design and produce your video or PowerPoint for a nominal fee. Video and PowerPoint combination packages are available.
