Always add 2%. Damages resulting from a violation of the technical conditions must be compensated for. In case of material processing problems, finishing the magazine has priority. Directly to the printer using Euro palettes. Do not pack crosswise within one layer. Layers must be separated with a 2 mm thick insert floor. The order only becomes binding for the publishing house once the sample is received and accepted. In some cases the printer s release might depend on a sample run. Inserts, supplements or tip-ons which are used by more than one contract giver must be agreed on individually with the publishing house. Prices upon request. We will mark your insert as third-party insert. Since Deutsche Post AG considers certain printed inserted products as press mail rather than paid for inserts since , there might be significantly higher costs when invoiced by Deutsche Post AG at a later date. We must hand these costs down to the customer. Additional costs do usually not occur when the printed product contains the word Anzeige or Werbebeilage on the cover page. Bound inserts which can not be clearly recognised as advertisements must be marked with the term Anzeige in 9 point majuscule bold for press law reasons. Inserts, supplements or tip-ons must be delivered by the contract giver readily printed and fully processed. The final price depends on the calculated print run (Please ask for current numbers). Prices may vary if the product quality makes processing difficult. Inserts or tip-ons with fan fold can not be processed mechanically. Other ad specials are possible on request.

Fonts should be included in the file or converted into paths. If that is not possible, then the fonts should be sent as if they were imbedded pictures or graphics. Please do not use modified or true type fonts. When creating a PDF with Adobe InDesign, please check for identity H fonts in the PDF and, if necessary, convert the text to paths.
