3 Celebrating 27 years of the Rotary/ Kiwanis Street Fair In 1991, the Rotary Club of the Caldwells and the Kiwanis Club of the Caldwells West Essex had a vision, namely to craft an old-fashioned street fair that would be fun for the entire family while at the same time raising funds to help our community. Thus, the Rotary/ Kiwanis Caldwell Street Fair was born. The first Street Fair was held in October 1992 and was a huge success, attracting almost 10,000 people. Since that time it has been held on the first Sunday of October and today attracts crowds in excess of 30,000! THE Value of Your Sponsorship Premier, Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorship levels get tremendous exposure: You will receive a banner for use within your own establishment showing your level of. Heavy Exposure in Social Media, the James Caldwell High School and West Essex High School Grid Iron ad sold at home games, posters, banners and signs are available to local merchants. On fair day, your company s is announced. 10 We Appreciate your Support Typical contributions include grants to the local first aid squad, fire department, Caldwell food pantry, scholarship grants for college students, and other county, state and international causes. Our strong advertising campaign offers powerful visual and electronic outreach. The social media and advertising support for your company/organization are outlined in the Sponsor Proposal Kit. As Rotarians and Kiwanians, we offer our service to the COMMUNITY. Please join with us as a sponsor. Your is appreciated by both the Rotary Club of the Caldwells and the Kiwanis Club of Caldwell-West Essex. Our combined membership of approximately 150 volunteers works for months in advance to organize the Caldwell Street Fair and bring the community a day of JOY and FAMILY FUN.. Reports estimate upward of 30,000-35,000 people attend the event from noon to 5:00 p.m each year, held on the first Sunday in October. This year it is October 7th. Our clubs divide the net proceeds equally after which these monies are shared with the community

11 Additional Sponsorship opportunities Beer Garden Sponsor $1,000 Sponsor the most popular area of the day filled with adults having fun and listening to great music. Being a Beer Garden sponsor gets your name on an attractive banner displayed in the Beer Garden located in the parking lot behind the Cloverleaf. Live Music Sponsor $1,000 Sponsor the Live Music in the Beer Garden, located in the Hanford Place parking lot behind the Cloverleaf Tavern. A large sign will be placed by the band with your company name and logo on it indicating your generous. Children s Ride Sponsor $1,000 Sponsor the most sought-after area of the day filled with kids laughing and having fun. Being a children s ride sponsor gets your name on a large attractive banner displayed on a ride located in a highly-trafficked part of the fair

Submit your signage request to Street Fair with your company name and logo. Soft Drink/ Water Sponsor $750 Sponsor the Soft Drink and Water Station, located at the Rotary/Kiwanis Food Booth at Park and Bloomfield Avenue. Submit your signage request to Street Fair with your company name and logo indicating your supportive. Loyal Community sponsor $200 The Loyal Community Sponsors banners are located at our well-visited 50/50 booths the day of the fair. The cost is $200, and your ad is displayed in FULL COLOR. Early Bird Special - Only $175 for commitments made before July 10,

13 Sponsorship Reservation Agreement 2018 For the Largest Event in Town The Rotary/Kiwanis Caldwell Street Fair Sunday, October 7, 2018 Always the first Sunday in October!
