15 ALL SALES OF ADVERTISING SPACES ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: Booking advertising space implies acceptance of our general terms and conditions. All liability for the advertisement remains with the advertiser. Vinexpo Overseas reserves the right to refuse an advertisement at any time if it is deemed unsuitable. Every advertising article must be marked Advertisement. AUTHORISED AGENTS: an authorised agent is a representative to whom the advertiser has given written permission to purchase advertising space in the Vinexpo Hong Kong 2018 book. AUTHORISATION: if advertisers use an authorised agent, they must make this clear and state the duration of the agreement. Advertisers must inform Vinexpo Overseas if agents are to pay for the advertising space on their behalf. PAYMENT: the advertiser will be held liable for payment, even if the advertisement is to be paid for by the authorised agent. CANCELLATION: all cancellations of advertising space bookings must be sent in writing to Vinexpo Overseas before April 16th Otherwise, the booking will be maintained and invoiced accordingly. INVOICING: the invoices will be sent to both the authorised agent and the advertiser once orders are received. The advertiser shall in all cases be liable for payment according to the terms and conditions in the price list. DEADLINE FOR ARTWORK SUBMISSION: April 16th 2018 Mockups may differ from real documents. PAYMENT TERMS: payment is due on receipt of invoices by transfer or by check. No order will be taken into account without preliminary reception of the payment of invoices. LATE PAYMENT PENALTIES: late payment penalties of 1.5% + tax per month (or part of a month) will be applied to each payment received after the due date. VAT: at the current rate, payable by the customer. Any existing or new taxes will be payable by the advertiser (French compagny only). TECHNICAL COSTS: all technical costs not specified in the price list will be at the expense of the advertiser. COURTESY COPY (BOOK): one courtesy copy per advertisement is sent to advertisers after publication. Additional copies may be obtained for an extra charge. JURISDICTION: all parties concerned agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bordeaux courts in France.
