Promoted to Vodacom Tactical Team called M- Pesa Business Managers a Team of Five that were able to increase sales from 800mil per month to 1.14 Billion per month. Increased Electronic Money (E- Money) foot print in the Market by increasing M- pesa Agents from 500 M- pesa Agents in Central Business District (CBD) Territory to 1,700 M- Pesa Agents hence pushing Electronic Money (E- Money) usage and penetration in the Market. This was achieved by managing Trade Development Representatives(TDRs) Promoted from Regional Data Sales Manager to Territory manager for Central Business District (CBD) in Vodacom Coastal Region during the first three months into employment with Vodacom Tanzania after demonstrating strong Leadership skills and surpassing the given targets. Surpassed Central Business District (CBD) Territory monthly target of 480Millions as A Territory manager and Increased it to 1.2 Billion monthly revenue. This was achieved by effectively using Territory Distributors that I recruited and managed. Appointed as a Delegation of Authority (DOA) for Vodacom Coastal Region that contributes 40% of Vodacom Monthly Revenue in absence of Head of Region (HOR).
