You ca: Gather ecessary data from various BaaERP packages to create ivoices Maitai ivoices with a o-cofirmed status Maitai fiacial data Post cofirmed ivoices to the Accouts Receivable (ACR) module of Baa Fiace Sales Ivoicig 1-1

With the sales ivoicig procedure you ca: Create, prit, ad post sales ivoices from several packages Register the receipts of the sales ivoices i the Cash Maagemet (CMG) module of Baa Fiace Moitor ad maage the ope etries, which are outstadig sales ivoices, i the Accouts Receivable (ACR) module of Baa Fiace Sales Ivoicig 1-2

You ca retrieve the data that is ecessary to create sales ivoices from all logistic compaies. You ca do this for all implemeted packages. 1.4 The fuctioality of SLI busiess objects SLI cotais the followig busiess objects: Master Data Ivoicig Data Processig of Ivoices Figure 3 shows the mai flow betwee the busiess objects. 12 The Sales Ivoicig (SLI) module i BaaERP Master Data Use the Master Data busiess object to store data that is used i all busiess objects of the Sales Ivoicig module. You ca: Record cotrol data for the module Maitai stadard descriptios o behalf of ivoices Maitai special parameters (billig request additios), which ca be used by billig requests to ifluece the compositio ad pritig of ivoices Ivoicig Data Use the Ivoicig Data busiess object for ivoicig data like ivoice origi ad header ad lies. The data for all the sessios come from other packages i either Cofirmed status or i O Hold status. You ca: Cofirm or cacel the ivoice lies Maitai the data of the ivoice lie if the status is O Hold You caot cacel sales order lies ad maitai Cofirmed ivoices. The followig ivoices are available: Maual sales ivoices, these ivoices ca be etered directly ad ca be Cofirmed Iterest ivoices Sales order ivoices Warehouse order ivoices Project ivoices Service order ivoices Service cotracts Processig of Ivoices Use the Processig of Ivoices busiess object to select the data ecessary to create ivoices ad to actually make out the ivoices. There are three ways to create ivoices: Create (future) ivoices from various packages Create (future) ivoices per package Couter sales, the pull mechaism You ca also create ad maitai (future) ivoices ad you ca assig differet statuses to them. 13 The Sales Ivoicig (SLI) module i BaaERP Data ecessary to create ivoices is selected from several packages: Sales Cotrol (SLS) (sales orders) Sales Cotrol (INH) (warehouse orders) Project Ivoicig (PIN) (project sales) Service Order Cotrol (SOC) (cotract istallmets) Service Order Cotrol (SOC) (service orders) Accouts Receivable (ACR) (iterest ivoices) Maual sales ivoices ca be recorded. With the Compose Criteria optio Cofirmed, data from the packages ca be combied to (future) ivoices. The ivoices ca be prited or set to busiess parters with EDI. You ca make a selectio of ivoices that you wat to post. The Ope Etries table of the Accouts Receivable (ACR) module is updated if there is a lik with Baa Fiace. The Itegratio Trasactio tables i the Geeral Ledger (GLD) module are also updated. If there is o itegratio with the Baa Fiace, oly the Itegratio Trasactio tables from GLD module are updated. The sales ivoice procedure cosists of the steps ecessary for chaelig data to a ivoice ad to sed the ivoice to the ivoice-to busiess parter. Whe all ivoices are posted, the Ope Etries table from the Accouts Receivable (ACR) module ad the Itegratio Trasactio tables i the Geeral Ledger (GLD) module are updated. Compose/Prit/Post Ivoices (cisli2200m00) I the Compose/Prit/Post Ivoices (cisli2200m000) sessio you ca compose ivoice data ad prit ad/or post sales ivoices. You must use billig requests that are retrieved from the followig types of data: sales orders, warehouse orders, project ivoices, service orders, service cotracts, maual ivoices or iterest ivoices. Reprit Ivoices (cislim000) I the optioal Reprit Ivoices (cislim000) sessio you ca reprit ivoices which you prited earlier. 2.2 To use optioal sessios i the sales ivoicig procedure Step 6 Step 7 Step 8 You ca use the followig optioal sessios i the sales ivoicig procedure. You ca use these additios to maage certai compose optios ad post optios for ivoices. You ca oly maitai billig request additios of the fiacial compay i which you are workig. Prit Ivoices (cisli2400m000) I the optioal Prit Ivoices (cislsi2400m000) sessio you ca prit ivoices. This ca also be doe i the Compose/Prit/Post (cisli2200m000) sessio.
