3 CAS: Restyle of the RouteOne system (US and Canada) We are excited to introduce our restyled RouteOne system designed to enhance your user ability and to align with our new brand standards. The restyle includes new fonts for better legibility, improved spacing for easy readability, new colors to reflect our brand, and the removal of visual clutter for a clearer more efficient workspace. Rest assure we have not changed functionality, taken away any features, or reorganized our system. The restyle will not change the way you work within the RouteOne system today, but will pave the way for new things to come. RouteOne System Enhancements - 3

4 CAS: Accessing Inventory Data Effective immediately, we ve extended the usage and ability to populate inventory data to include RouteOne s Credit Application and Vehicle Values tool, with data refreshing daily. You may now utilize your inventory provider data to enter a stock number onto the Credit Application and have all the vehicle information populate within the Credit Application, to include: VIN Vehicle Year, Make, Model, and Style Inception Miles Selling Price If you have an inventory provider, and subscribe to RouteOne s Vehicle Values tool, you now have the ability to enter the stock number onto a New Valuation and have all the vehicle information populate within the valuation screen, to include: VIN Vehicle Year, Make, Model, Style, Color, and Trim Dealer Cost Inception Miles Condition Selling Price MSRP Notes RouteOne System Enhancements - 4

5 CAS: econtracting Icon Displayed on Deal Summary Page We ve enhanced our system usability and made it easier for you to identify RouteOne supporting finance sources from within the Deal Summary page. You can now quickly identify RouteOne econtracting finance sources from the table at the top of the Deal Summary page, as we ve added a new econtracting icon next to supporting finance sources. 6 Digital Retail Services: Privacy Policy Upload We ve enhanced our system usability and added the ability to upload a Privacy Policy into to the new Digital Retail Service product. If you subscribe to one of our Digital Retail Services products (basic, standard or premium), you can upload your custom Privacy Policy to be included with each deal. 7 Digital Retail Services: Taxes and Fees Enhancement We ve enhanced the setup pages within the Taxes and Fees service to be more dynamic to improve usability. You can now add additional configuration line items on the spot for both Taxes and Fees within the RouteOne system. RouteOne System Enhancements - 7

8 econtracting: Enhancements We strive to continuously improve our econtracting solution to provide the best solution for you. Today we ve implemented enhancements to our Individual Worksheet, econtracting forms, and improvements to the workflow process. Select Multiple Statuses: you may now select multiple statues from the Statuses drop down when filtering from the Contract Manager page Automatic Selection of Drop Down Values: from the Contract Worksheet page, when only one selection in the list is available, the system will automatically select the option for you, for: Transaction Type Sales Class Application Type Product Type Complete Credit App Button Moved: from the Contract Package page, the Complete Credit App button has moved from the body of the Alerts and Instructions section to the header of the Credit Application section for improved workflow and consistency New econtracting Forms: new Assignment, ARB, and LAW contracts for econtracting are now available depending upon your state and finance source activations RouteOne System Enhancements - 8

9 Desking: Best Lease Deal and Workflow Enhancements We ve enhanced our Desking solution, to include new RouteOne Desking functionality including Best Lease Deal, the ability to edit Property Lease Tax, and to start a new quote. Within RouteOne Desking, you can now: Provide Best Lease Deals which allows you to quickly get lease quotes that provide the lowest payment option for your customer and protect your profits Customizable by predefined terms Set preferred finance sources Filter quotes by finance source, tier, payment range, or profit Sort, select and add rebates to apply to payments Edit Property Lease Tax on the quote (available in required states only) Start a new quote Click here for more information on RouteObeDesking. 10 Canada: New System Enhancements The RouteOne system provides you the technology, tools, and support to help your dealership work more efficiently and maximize your sales goals. In efforts to continually enhance your experience with improved usability within the RouteOne system, we ve released new system enhancements to include: Mazda dealers submit cash other deals Mazda dealers now have the ability to sell warranty products via COD and log the transactions within the F&I Log. Subaru/Toyota dealers submit bi-weekly lease deals Subaru dealers now have the ability to submit a bi-weekly lease option for Subaru/Toyota Financial deals. TDAF dealers resubmit Credit Application as non-prime deal TDAF dealers now have the ability to resubmit a Credit Application to TDAF as a non-prime deal.
