1 Pelaksanaan MyMesyuarat Secara Cloud Computing Seminar Regional Program Open Source Software (OSS) Sektor Awam 2 Oktober 2012
2 Pengenalan MyMesyuarat, satu sistem untuk membantu urus setia menguruskan perjalanan mesyuarat dan membantu pengerusi dan ahli mesyuarat memantau keputusan dan mengemaskini status mesyuarat. Berasaskan web dan menggunakan model Cloud Computing. Aplikasi sumber terbuka (open source) berlesen GPL v2 yang bebas digunapakai, boleh disalin serta diedar tanpa kos pelesenan.
3 Projek Perluasan MyMesyuarat Di Agensi-agensi Sektor Awam Perluasan MyMesyuarat ke 25 Kementerian dan 3 agensi di bawah Kementerian (100 agensi) Tempoh projek - 14 bulan (September 2011 hingga November 2012) 3
4 Latar Belakang MyMesyuarat JITIK Berasal dari Sistem Pemantauan Keputusan JITIK untuk mesyuarat JITIK yang dipengerusikan oleh Tan Sri KSN dan kemudian dinamakan MyMeeting AIPA Hasil inovasi OSCC, MAMPU yang telah memenangi anugerah AIPA KINI telah dilaksanakan di lebih 200 Agensi MyMESYUARAT Projek Perluasan Pelaksanaan MyMesyuarat di Agensi-agensi Sektor Awam merupakan projek di bawah NKEA CCI EPP: Kerajaan Elektronik. MyMeeting dijenamakan semula kepada MyMesyuarat Penambahbaikan Penambahbaikkan adalah hasil maklumbalas 25 kementerian. (10/11/2011 & 19/1/2012) 80 Agensi Menggunakan MyMeeting
5 Objektif NKEA CCI EPP : Kerajaan Eletronik 70% surat menyurat, memo dan minit secara online KPI : % jemputan mesyuarat secara online Menggantikan sistem pengurusan mesyuarat secara manual kepada sistem elektronik. Meningkatkan komunikasi dan produktiviti dengan sasaran 70% minit mesyuarat dan 90% jemputan mesyuarat dilaksanakan secara online. Menjimatkan masa dan kos.
