8 Mapping & Translation Tool The mapping supports these functions: Translates customer BOM & AMPL files into SAP via a.csv file Allows mapping of the customer data fields to the corresponding SAP data fields, via drag and drop Allows manual add/change for Revs, Material & Item Type Translates customer data by applying prefixes, string replacements and fixed values Validates customer data against SAP data Saves mapping and translation settings for reuse (Variants) Downloads translated customer files Generates a data log to review updates, changes, creations Log is automatically attached to the EC Notification, along with the source file, target file, and translated file

9 BOM Import BOM Import supports these functions: Validates & Creates SAP master data: Materials(ZROH) BOM(FERT, HALB) Documents (ZDE/ZDS) Loads revision levels for BOM, items, documents Allows multiple day revision changes Allows full BOM & delta BOM uploads Loads CRDs, process info, notes Loads alternate items, phantoms, text items

10 BOM Restructuring Tool Restructuring Tool supports these functions: Edit and restructure of Usage 2(Engineering BOM) View the Source and Target BOMs side-by-side Add TOP and BOTTOM phantoms Add and move components between levels Merging of process info data to the BOM Clipboard functionality to move CRDs Add, Split, Update CRDs & Process Info Work on any level of the BOM separately Save work to a local file and re-import to resume work later

11 BOM & Document Push Tool Pushes the ENG BOM to create the PRD & Sales BOM Allows additional changes such as: Add, Delete, Substitute components and/or CRDs Valid From Date BOM and/or Component Rev Phantoms Prep Parts ENG BOM

12 BOM & Part Mass Change Mass Change supports these functions for BOM usage C & 2: Add, Delete, Replace and Change item data components across multiple assemblies. Process Revision Only type changes. Provide Where-used information for a reference material. Maintain Alternate Items across multiple assemblies (i.e. to convert Prime components to Alternates and vice-versa). For Agile users, this feature replaces the PDM Bulk Changes

13 EC Notification EC Notification serves as a dashboard for information relating to the EC Change. Data maintained includes: Items affected by change Timelines & deadlines for notification Person Responsible for the Change The Change Coordinator Approvers list for sign off (can be customized) Costing Details Reports Alerts

15 EC Change Undo Tool EC Change Undo supports these functions: Identifies & lists the changes per the user input. Input options are: Top Level Assembly EC Notification Change Number The user can select the objects to be undone If the change was only for revision, the undo will restore the BOM to previous revision The undoing of created materials, will mark the SAP material master with a deletion flag Marks the EC Notification for deletion
