5 The business challenge of Installed Base We have Equipment at over 3500 sites Technical data of past installations and projects in multiple databases and systems Enovia PDM for new delivery structures SAP ERP for transactional data Dynamics CRM for customer insight and sales opportunities management Data eg. Bills of Material NOT CONNECTED TO CONTEXT, eg. Plant structure & operating conditions. We need To connect the data in different silos A process to gather, enrich and manage data One common system consolidating Installed Base data - technical and commercial Accessible anywhere, any time also when offline People trained and supported in operative daily work Connect the dots for closing the loop and unlock the business potential!

7 Data gathering 25 sites were selected based on business potential. Basic data gathering by market areas through excel templates INITIAL DATA GATHERING Excel Template with existing data for validation by market area. HAND-OVER TO CENTRAL IB Validated templates under revision control waiting to be uploaded to core systems. SITES SELECTION 25 sites were selected based on near term business potential. ON-SITE DATA VALIDATION Validate/correct data on template to equipment level.
