A rigorous training programme to nurture excellence Whether our people are located in the US, UK, Philippines, Australia or anywhere in our growing global network, each has undergone our challenging training programme called The Travel Cue Way. It is a rigorous, comprehensive 12- week programme that trains each inductee into operational tasks, systems usage, industry-specific expertise and customer service. Each staff member is encouraged and empowered to make decisions that are in the best interests of the customer. We also train our staff to think empathetically, as if they were the traveller, acting in a proactive and creative manner. The training is highly demanding and those who succeed have the skill-set and knowledge-base to professionally and efficiently manage your travel programme. Our experience and understanding have helped us to provide the tailored support they need, with outstanding results. Case Study Example Local Content Compliance plus Savings A client from the oil & gas industry was looking to operate in a country that required them to engage local content, i.e. the project required them to employ local people, services and goods. In turn, the client s travel management company (TMC) was tasked to include local content in their services. This involved setting up and staffing a local entity according to the country s regulations. After their initial TMC had failed to progress on the requirement, Travel Cue was selected as the new partner. We set about fulfilling the local content requirements by setting up a local entity, engaging local staff and enabling optimised fare procurement and local billing services to the client. This was all accomplished in three short months from the day of our appointment as their partner. In addition, through proactive travel programme management, Travel Cue has succeeded in helping the client optimise travel procurement processes to realise substantial cost savings in excess of 15% within the first quarter of the contract.

Nagender has designed and managed travel programmes for some of the biggest names in the marine and oil & gas industries. Having spent over 20 years in the industry, he continues in his passion towards building innovative organisations and high performing teams. Joanna Kaunang "We strongly believe in investing time and energy on value building and mentoring strong, effective and self-sustaining teams. Having the right people with the right skills is key to a successful service delivery." Joanna comes with varied experience from airlines operation to travel management. With successful career spanning over 20 years, she is expert in travel programme implementation. She firmly believes in continuously enhancing our customer service standards and delivery. In her free time, Joanna loves to spend time with her husband and son at the beach. Whilst not at work, Nagender spends time with his family and their three pet dogs.

9 David Kinnersley "We are fervent about blending our many nationalities, spread across 13 countries worldwide, to form a truly global customer care team transcending all geographic borders. Having worked for several multinational companies, I particularly enjoy the unique, dynamic and solutions-oriented management approach that we practice." David has over 30 years of experience in the industries of aviation, travel management and luxury cruise lines and currently leads Travel Cue s global business development and customer engagement. David is a linguist, speaking a number of languages. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking and participating in endurance sports. Rahul Pereira "We developed our 24/7, single-contact customer operations team to address the very real, round the clock nature of the industry. As global head of operations, Rahul brings 15 years of experience in building and managing complex operational travel solutions for customers located in multiple geographies. Rahul is a competitive pool player and enjoys white water rafting in Malaysia.

With 30 years of travel service experience, Adella is the longest serving member of the team. Adella takes pride in mentoring, nurturing and developing the next tier of aspirants. When not working with the team Adella is skilled at handicrafts and creates handbags for her friends and family. "My role is to listen, analyse and create effective solutions for our customers as well as ensuring our internal teams are working collaboratively. We have a relaxed but extremely focused approach to our work and I really enjoy the positive, can-do attitude. Our ethos is that a happy team will translate into satisfied customers. This mindset makes us more effective in the services we offer." Leny has worked in the Travel industry for 15 years in a variety of roles. Leny is a gastronome, enjoying cuisines from around the world.
